Floor was extremely dirty and some portion of the floor was swept but not picked up not even on a dust pan. My storage unit was dirty and dark plus my card didn't let me get in I had no access. The young guy who let me in I ask if he could help me lift the couch he said no that he couldn't. There is no door stopper nor is there a ramp very inconvenient and very hard to access. I was disappointed to say the least.

Was the first time at location, everything went well. From calling to get information on how to rent a tow trailer didnt get her name but was very knowledgeable. Albert was extemely helpful on putting trailer on hitch to hooking it up. Bonus was he gave input and confidence for this first time user. P.S went well job was a sucess.

This is not regarding the staff at this location. As a matter of fact, I have nothing but great things to say about this location. However, I’m here to complaint about the roadside assistant staff. We had a tire blowout in the middle of a deserted road on Friday 04/18. When we called Roadside assistance, they gave me an ETA of 120minutes, but I had already been waiting for an hour to get someone dispatched. They were quite dismissive and rude. I had my baby and a senior with me. I was in a pitch black and heavy traffic road. It was not safe. I had to risk my family, by driving a damage trailer, and get them to a safe spot. To finally source it out myself and replaced the tire at a 24/7 shop. The staff at roadside offered food reimbursement, which I have not heard back about. I also, need a reimbursement of my $150. Which I paid the mechanic.

I originally booked at this location, only to be told there were no available vehicles and forced to drive further. Once at the new location the vehicle was not ready for pickup and when requesting a new location I was sent back to the original spot. I was promised a discount on the phone but never received it and the staff was unable to help and pushed it off to the delivery side who also could not help.

I recommend to take pictures of the gas and mileage, I didn't have copies to dispute but after pumping 20 dollars and leaving it where I got it they failed to tell me that I was gonna get charged 30 gas service and 37 for gas fee paid way too much and might have to start considering Penske not to mention last time I made a reservation that wasn't available I never got a replacement after reporting it like and causing me to miss an important event

The property manager was quick to respond when i had concerns. And was good about calling me back even when i had an issue after hours. Lauren is hands down the best. I was stressed to the max n she was chill n handled my needs so i wouldn't have more stress. Friendly n overall jus has good vibes. I will definitely be using this location the next time im in need of moving. Staff is friendly and the restrooms are very clean not all messy with trash overflowing like sum business. Thank you for everything SW U-Haul team.

I don’t recall the female Uhaul employees name but she went above and beyond what I would consider customer service, even though she wasn’t feeling well she did a outstanding job in getting me setup with my rental. She should be commended for her outstanding customer service. Because of her I am giving a 5 Star Rating and giving her an excellent review. The manager at this location - Joshua was incredibly helpful. He and his team delivered excellent customer service and went above and beyond. This location should be a model of what amazing customer service looks like. I rented a truck and then rented 2 storage units. Amazing management, great team!!

We found a used hypodermic needle that had drug residue underneath it in the safety compartment. When I informed the manager of the location, he said he would give a 50% discount on the truck rental. However he only gave me $100 off of the rental, making it still astronomically way too much for that experience. I feel that they could have done much more, but they seemed to not care. I have picture and video evidence of this occurrence.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was easy to rent what I needed. The van I rented needed to be fixed. The parking light was broken, the mirror was shattered and the tire pressure sensor was stuck and not working.

Tried to give me empty truck, truck was very low maintenance, and didn’t have the right size truck so gave me a large truck charged me way too much for only a hour of service

I would say that employees need to communicate better . I had dropped off a trailer I rented about an hour and a half after renting. When I returned it, a male employee helped me unhook trailer. He did the paperwork on his phone. He asked if I needed a receipt and I said no and he said I was good to go. The day after I received an email saying equipment had not been returned. I made some phone calls and explained the situation and it was straightened out. It was just a hassle.

I wish for there to be a closer inspection of cup holders, under seats to make sure no personal items are left behind. Yes, it is the responsibility of the person who has rented the truck but before someone else rents it. I found a ring in the cup holder. I want to return it but how can I be sure that it will be returned to its rightful owner.

The manager was cold and indifferent. He became upset when I commented regarding a procedure. I am a former Marine and have moved multiple times. I have been a customer for years. I moved 3 times in the last 2 years. Truck was filthy inside and out. It was unsafe the dashboard lights lit on only one setting, passenger side mirror did not adjust. When vehicle was delivered nobody was there to ask if everything was aceptable.

Our storage unit flooded the first week we got it. We were told numerous times someone in management would call and they never did. I ended up throwing out half of my belongings that were ruined during the flood.

The lock placement was 6 inches above the ground and the latch would stick about a 1/4 inch from opening completely so I had to use a socket to hit it open each time.

It was a totally easy transition after traveling 2000 miles from Northern California. It was one of the only things that was easy lol. And moving out well I have to give it to your staff that day and especially Brian your new employee there. We had a little snafu with my moving company and the guys there went above the call of duty to help me out and I am forever. Grateful for that, so yes, Uhaul and SW Military rocks in my eyes and if I ever need anything from Uhaul again that’s where I’m going.

My wife and I were delighted with the experience and would recommend South Park U-Haul enthustically. When we arrived in San Antonio with the SuperMover, we were exhausted and needed to offload the SuperMover and go look at houses. Despite the national storage reservation system being down, your team got us in the locker immediately which allowed us to off-load and turn in the SuperMover prior to our appointment. This relieved our stress and helped us enjoy looking at houses. Once we closed on a house, accessing the storage was convenient. The grounds were clean and secure. We would recommend adding lights within the larger storage lockers. Thank you for your store's part in making our move easier.
