Staff was very prompt, friendly and accommodating. I was returning a box trailer & never had to leave my car or park the trailer. Clear & organized drop off area. Was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Quickest drop off ever! Two staff came out, one took care of the trailer & one took care of checking me out electronically & emailed me my receipt.! Definitely recommend!

I requested a 20 ft truck and received a 26 ft truck.. when I finally got to my destination there was water that had come up through the wheel well due to rain.. my boxes, Christmas tree, and bed panels were wet. I took pictures of the incident.

The only thing I can think of is maybe add some better visible signage from the road as to where to return the trucks. I missed the driveway back to the canopy and had to do a few turnarounds.

Door on drivers side of the van we rented wouldn't shut correctly and the front seats were covered in pet hair. We are allergic to pets and had to return the van early. Very disappointed in our rental experience.

I have zero complaints. But if you would want to take it to a whole other level, you could have the vehicles started up and warmed up for people when the weather is cold out. Maybe while one is checking somebody in, another could go start the vehicle with the heater on. Just a thought, def not a star taken away. Just a suggestion. They were very fast and courteous.

I had to wait to check the truck in because only one person was there. Of course it was Sunday. Also still having to pay when a good portion of my stuff was ruined by a leaking roof was annoying. We will see if I get any compensation with a claim. It was the second truck with the same kind of leak recently. Not really this location's fault but no where else to comment about it.

We rented the van Friday late afternoon almost evening on 11/15/24 when we returned the van the following Friday late afternoon, they charged us $89 for an extra day also we fueled the van back up to where it was at when picked up and they charged us $4.50 a gallon for 6 Gallons of fuel, we have done so much business with this location on rentals and hitch installations that I am very disappointed in the service we received this time. Although this is the first issue, I have had with this location I would be willing to give them another chance if they understand their error as the employee who done this shouldn't reflect on the owner but sadly it does. I am sure we will do more business with them in the future. I will also add the employee was frustrated because they had no vans to rent at the time and someone was needing one as the employee called me upset and not so polite and I told him ours shouldn't be due back until late afternoon he made the statement that he needed it now.

Gentleman who assisted (can't remember his name) was very helpful and double checked the tires on the trailer before our departure (since every time I've ever rented one, the tire treads fail on the highway and roadside assistance has to be called). He was very thorough and friendly!

They forgot the utility dolly, the truck leaked rain onto some of my belongings, also we had to pry the door to stay open so we could load belongings. Customer service was nice, they gave me a 20.00 discount, they were fast. Not too bad, maintenance the equipment better.

When we emptied our storage unit, we found multiple dead mice and large amounts of rodent feces and urine on the floor and in our belongings. Multiple items had to be thrown out and we are still in the process of unpacking boxes. The unit was definitely not anywhere near being full to capacity so it would not have been dificult for an exterminator or uhaul staff to enter and provide pest control. Very disappointed and sad about items that were destroyed by rodents. I’ve always been a UHaul customer for years but will look for other options in the future.

We moved back to the area and needed somewhere to store our stuff while we looked for houses. The storage unit I originally reserved wasn’t big enough, but thankfully the guy who was working that day was nice enough to help us find a different storage unit that would work better for the amount of stuff I had. Everyone I’ve encountered at this facility has been friendly and helpful with anything I’ve needed when it comes to storage unit needs or truck reservations.

My only complaint had to do with the parking of the rental trucks. They were constantly parked in the gated area blocking the isles. Additionally, customers would return trucks and leave them parked- side by side in the driving lane to exit the facility and we would have to sit and wait in our car for someone to come clear the driveway.

I went to order a 10 by 25 storage unit and every storage . 6 of them was all leaking. So I had to get a refund on my money of a 150 some dollers. Because my whole house is going into the storage building I could not rent the storage buildings because they all had water leakage

For this area price comparison per unit cost is too high. Especially for supposedly climate control inside unit. Could see outside back wall, obvious rodent/vermin issues. I always use free month then move to more reasonably priced/competitively business Staff had to remove rubbish from unit. Staff was, for Parkersburg unit, fantastic per usual. This facilities' staff have always been exceptional every time I have used them over the years.

Customer service was awful. The Sunday staff need to be taught how to interact with customers. No one ask if we had been helped. The guy at the counter said maybe 3 word during the entire transaction. Had to ask about the free lock that was advertised online. I was charged for all the mileage, when the add on line said first 30 miles where included in fees any miles after the first 30 were .69 per mile. What’s up with that, Uhaul?

I called to secure 3 storage units days before our travel date of Saturday, November 6, 2021. Spoke on Monday, November 1,2021. to Jacqui to secure 3 units. She was pleasant; however, little knowledge of how to rent units with someone in the back ground giving her direction. Received an e mail confirmation for only one unit, called again spoke to Kyle with my concern of only on confirmation on 3 units. Kyle assured me that I was “all set” for our arrival on Nov 7th. Arrived Saturday, presented my reservation number and the worker saidthat we did not have a reservation. The attendant seemed very distracted, no concentration and “out to lunch”. The second attendant wasn’t much better. Very disconnected and not helpful. Inside restroom just nasty. Asked if they wanted to inspect our return truck and mileage. The response was “no we don’t worry about that”. Storage units poor, trouble closing and getting lock on door. Uhaul truck blocking access to unit 145 .. attendants no idea how to more the company owned truck. This is very disappointing, not a good impression of folks moving into the state. Not a good representation of Uhaul very sad and management should step up and make some major changes.

Our unit leaked, and our possessions were covered in mold and mildew. Everything smelled and is basically a loss. Staff seemed uninterested in helping other than to tell us to make an insurance claim. Customer service was disappointing. Even if we are able to recoup and rebuy, there are things in the unit that are irreplaceable (pictures, baby book, etc.). Even a tiny bit of empathy would have gone a long way.

So incredibly easy to take care of something that is usually a logistical pain. Everything could be done from my phone, and it was really convenient that I could access my unit and return my truck event though it was past store hours. I called an employee a couple minutes past close to ask some questions and he picked up and stayed on the line with me for probably 20 minutes just trying to help me out. Great overall. Would absolutely recommend to friends.
