This is by far the worst storage experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not only did this facility throw away my belongings, they destroyed them, AND a very large amount of Fenton glass is missing from my unit. We had an agreement to inspect together after flooding an email, text, and verbal. The staff and insurance company cut my lock and took it upon themselves to do this the morning of our appointment on Tues. This was within my 48hr window. I will NEVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANYONE
