How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is by far the worst storage experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not only did this facility throw away my belongings, they destroyed them, AND a very large amount of Fenton glass is missing from my unit. We had an agreement to inspect together after flooding an email, text, and verbal. The staff and insurance company cut my lock and took it upon themselves to do this the morning of our appointment on Tues. This was within my 48hr window. I will NEVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANYONE
Samantha D | Overall ExperienceLots of mildew damage
Selena R | Overall ExperienceA lot of damage from mildew
Selena R | Overall ExperienceI was the unfortunate victim of a fire and U-Haul gave me my first months rent free
Deana B | First ImpressionsThe staff were excellent and very helpful. I never had a problem with the facility or the staff. Wonderful experience
Robert D | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I have was the rent kept climbing. A little unfair since I didn’t have the unit I rented initially and they gave me a climate control one in place for the one they didn’t have at the same price but when they asked me to move units which I thought was unfair and not possible I wasn’t happy but they kept me in the same unit but kept raising the rate 89-130 in less than 3 years
Samantha M | Overall ExperienceThey are very helpful and good at they're work
MARK W | First ImpressionsU haul has always made sure I have what I need to get where I need to go good job uhaul
