Very knowledgeable on their job
Khalid POur first rental appointment was disregarded and we had to pick up the rental the next day. We were told a manager was going to call us to rectify the situation. No one has called. Very disappointing.
Morgan TPrince was helpful and courteous during the return process. He promptly addressed the issue with the low tire pressure on the passenger side and ensured it was taken care of. I appreciated his attentive service and professionalism.

Mark Dthe gentleman working the counter on Friday, May 16th, in the morning was absolutely fantastic! He seemed to care about his job and his clients. I was blown away by his customer service. He is an asset to your company. I am not sure of his name, but he has dark hair and glasses and is middle-aged with a thick accent. I believe he would have been of Middle Eastern descent. the trailer we rented was fine, but it was dirty before I rented it. we were moving dirt from our yard, and it was perfect. I minuses a star only because the trailer was dirty, but I did not care in this case. Thank you Uhual and give that man a raise!

Art MWhen we got this unit it was supposed to be heated in temp controlled at the time. There were things that were broken so they had a heater fan in there and also the code on the door didn't work. The door was broken and so if we needed to have access we had to wait until the place was open and there was staff available. Then the rates kept changing more and more often yet with little improvement to the facility and then upon move out, someone had blocked the entrance to our unit with the U-Haul truck and nobody had access to the keys so that we could move the vehicle so that we could move our things out with ease. We couldn't even put the vehicle into neutral and push it out of the way as we tried with the manager and other staff so then we had to maneuver around this truck that was parked maybe 23 feet away from the door blocking the entire door. We moved out 12 days early Considering all of the issues that have occurred. You would think that one would be offering to compensate us for all of these headaches, but no, you guys don't operate like that. You're more interrupting customers off first of all U-Haul needs to have a Canadian outlet because you falsely mislead customers with your 19.95 a day and then next thing you know it's 150- $300 later. Your system is in miles yet we are in Canada. We do not go by miles and therefore it tricks customers you guys are not clear and concise about charges and then the amount changed when you go to pay out when you rent a vehicle from here I paid up the full amount. Next thing you know I got another bill for $75. I tried to dispute it. That bill went from $75 to 150 then you guys send me to collections for $44, which is not even an amount that was old like this company is shady as shady can be.

I parked the trailer and left the lot, after my appointment I call the lot and they check the trailer in with me over the phone. Easy and accommodating are good words to describe this location. I have always used this location for that reason.
James BTrailer was covered in rubbish. Empty bottles. Had wrong connector for electrics so we had to buy an adapter. This should be supplied. Also took 45 minutes to get the trailer. Not good.

John PTerrible experience. Firstly, did not receive a call the evening before which I was communicated would happen. Then, when going onto the App, no truck was assigned. Waited on-hold for 15min. Showed up at the location to pick-up truck and the truck was behind a locked gate. I had to Uber back and forth. Waited on hold another 15min to get a new truck pick-up location. I must say the 24/7 service i received was the only good experience. The lady was super apologetic and i could tell she really cared. I did end up picking up rental over 3 hours later. Received the truck and there was bugs all over the front windshield. No effort at all to clean. Lastly, when dropping off the truck, the location was switched from Kelowna to Vernon also adding significant time to my journey.

Douglas WI have rented a variety of trucks, vans, and trailers from this location on a number of occasions over the years (it's hard to to drive all those things at one time). I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous (even when dealing with someone whose demands they were unable to meet). The pre-booked equipment was always ready when promised. I have tested them on a number of occasions with revisions to pick-up time or length of rental or...and they have always (& successfully) tried to accommodate my requests. I have no problem recommending them to others.

Hazel FAlways a pleasure stealing with the crew at the 51 ave location. In and out quickly, they set you up, check your lights and get you on the road in a flash. Very friendly. My go to location when I rent a car hauler and no, it’s not the closest location to me but it’s worth the drive.

Greg Osituation was inventory , I had picked up a trailer that was all the way from Quebec, and it was dropped off same day as my pick up so unfortunate no time to re-condition the trailer, tire needs urgent attention now , the drop off location is aware of the condition of trailer tire., I did not do the damage.

Mark HIt said the trailer would accommodate a 35” tire. It did not/ I had to extend trip to purchase straps that could accommodate that size. Straps cost more than the trailer rental🤷🏻♂️More accurate information would have been beneficial.
Austen REric Gordy was very professional and efficient through the entire process of issuing the 10’ truck, and return was very smooth experience as well. Very friendly staff, I had to wait for a ride back and I was offered a seat with water etc. will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Overall very positive experience at this U-Haul location.
Harmanjit RI rent an auto transport 6-8 times a year and this is my favourite location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It can be a busy location but worth it, zero issues here! Well done fellas!

More customer service staff would have been helpful. -van shocks were awful. Driving over depressions in road would send contents flying.

RICHARD BThe desk person who helped us was beyond excellent. The interior was dirty and empty coffee cups behind the seat.
Jacob S20' van interior was was clean. Exterior including windows, mirrors and body, filthy. Employees excellent. I have a class I. This was a great truck to drive. I was impressed with the seats. 8 hrs driving, no fatigue for my wife or me. 12' enclosed trailer. all good. Employee at counter took 15 minutes to process my reservation. I asked if it was complicated or there was an issue. could not understand him. The other 2 counter employees each processed 4 rentals in the time it took this guy to process mine. Brutally Painful! No excuses. Painful Young man, first name Eric. Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. You need more employees like him. Eric has the right attitude

Montana M | Overall ExperienceWe looked at the hours online and it said the office was open until 7pm, as we were scheduled to arrive around 6:40pm, we called ahead to ensure our unloading that evening would be possible. We spoke to someone from U-haul on the phone (we called the number listed for this location) who assured us that although the office closed at 7pm, as long as we had our paper work done by 7, we would have access to unload until 10pm. Unfortunately on our arrival we were advised this was not the case, as apparently a door was broken, making unloading after the office was closed impossible. We were told this was well posted, but did not see any signage and clearly this was not communicated to the U-Haul representatives answering the phone. After explaining our situation multiple times, they did finally allow us to unload and we are grateful that one of the employees was willing to stay 30 minutes late to facilitate this. However, as we went to unload, there were multiple trailers in front of the door we needed to access to unload and then the lights in the building we were unloading into were turned off mid way through our time, both of these making our unloading experience that much more difficult.

My entire locker was gone through and destroyed and even though there’s a camera pointing directly at my locker “there was no footage” absolutely ridiculous place to think your items are safe when they certainly aren’t.

Water (likely from big storms) leaked through the roof of the unit and damaged some boxes.

I booked a truck and storage 32 days in advance for my move from Winnipeg to Edmonton. 2 days before I'm supposed to pick up my truck I get a call that the location changed. It was 400 meters from where I work and that is the way I wanted it, they moved it 6km away, not a huge deal , until they called me the day before I'm picking up the truck and moved it to Winnipeg beach, 80km away! 160km round trip !! They did discount the truck but to me that did not matter, I had to scramble like crazy to get this done and I'm moving 1300km. Did not need that stress but I got it done. So now when I get to Edmonton where my locker was booked more then a month in advance, they don't have my locker. They gave me a smaller one and said I have to be out in 3 weeks because someone has it booked.. where was mine ? Now this is where it gets really good. Could not fit all my stuff in there , had a $400 bookcase stolen . Found that out when I went to load with my movers . Now my storage is blocked by one of thier trailers, the woman working said I should have phoned first before moving my stuff !! It's my stuff way should I have to give notice? She was rude , running around like she had no idea what she was doing. She cost me an extra hour of move time because they had to walk my stuff an extra 40 feet because she couldn't move the trailer for me . Rudest person I've ever delt with anywhere. She cost me $180 because of her disorganization. Just so rude and ignorant. She doesn't deserve that position, I'd be fired if I did my job the way she did. Walking around hollering at people. Worst experience ever and I've done this move 5 times now. This one I will never forget. Do not ever go to uhaul, South side Edmonton, 51 ave . Be warned now .

Maybe an offer for checking out early on a paid would be a courtesy This form should have a comment area under each question .... was the faculty clean. Not so much - run down is more like it. Clean ish. What do you mean by clean? The staff was super good. Great people.
