Local office where I dropped it off was very professional .It was a one way. The staff where I rented the trailer were very not particularly professional or knowledgeable. The young lady in particular didn’t know the answers to some of my questions and was rather unprofessional and frankly not particularly bright.

I already furnished credit card to make reservation, gave emergency contact and additional contact, plus I had purchased your optional insurance for no fault complete coverage. Why additional contact is necessary I doubt and don't understand.
DAVID PIt was a hassle to go get my stuff down the stairs it’s not convenient The lift was always broken 100% of the time I will never go back there I was on the 3rd floor and it was not helping bringing my stuff out This is the reason why I left quicker.

LISA BI gave an excellent rating mostly due to the staff, they were friendly and very efficient. The van was clean but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke…..which I’m sure was from a previous renter who disregards the rules and regulations.

BENJAMIN NUsed mobile checkin to rent truck. App crashed multiple times in process. Went in to get keys and was greeted by a man with an unlit cigarette in his mouth. Dolly was not loaded into the truck and promotional sunvisor was still across windshield and had to be removed by myself. I picked the app checkin to save time and I believe it was actually slower
Brandon VThe truck had food on the floor, which I overlooked. The knob to control the lights fell into the dash casing when I touched it. The top of driver's side window popped out of place. I had to grab the top and hold it as I pulled over on the interstate. I was able to pop it back in place to get to my location. There I got it secured, but the rubber frame part was broken. When rolling the window up, the knob on the handle popped off. I received a $10 discount for "fixing the window."

NICOLE WI have given this location many chances & the experience is just never positive. On this last (and final) visit, I waited for quite some time in the lobby before someone arrive to help me. I reserved the equipment online which clearly said the amount due was $32 yet was told it would be twice that upon pickup. The equipment number on my paperwork did not match the equipment I was told to leave with. The trailer was full of wood planks, straps & all kinds of things tied to the sides. Upon returning to the location, there were so many returned trucks piled in the entrance that you couldn’t even get into the parking lot. I had to unhook the trailer myself then wait in line for 30 minutes to check the trailer back in. At the counter, I was told that a second charge of $32 would be hitting by credit card. Honestly, this location is a complete disaster. I rent 3-4 trailer every year for the last 4 years…I’ll never be back.

HAROLD BHave your employees check fuel levels accurately. I rented a truck, drove it 40 miles and upon fueling, it required 4.6 gallons! I mentioned this to the employee and his attitude seemed to be, so what. There's little chance that I will use U-haul again.

John DTruck wiper was broken on drivers side. It boy 1/2 the window could be wiped. Temp control for heat/cooling system did not work. Any setting above cold was all hot air AC stopped working Drivers door had severe air seal issue was so loud and annoying for 9 hours of trip. Piece of garbage truck

GUERLINE DThe truck was perfect for what we needed. My only issue was that we were moving 2 refrigerators and I had reserved an appliance dolly. When we picked up the truck, we were told they didn't have an appliance dolly available. I would have cancelled the reservation, but we used a regular dolly that we had, which worked out ok. A great positive was that when I called them to let them know that we were going to be a 1/2 hour late with stopping to get gas, the gentleman said that would be ok. Very much appreciated that! Overall, a very smooth process!
Kathryn kMake sure you dont send someone out with equipment on a 1/4 tank of gas. The truck i rented was to move my toolbox's to huber heights and had it set for two hours. Had to cut into my time i reserved the truck for to stop and put gas in it before i went to huber hieghts.

I took the settlement because no one seemed interested in assisting me with finding my belongings. They just acted like it was a normal thing. Then my monthly rent went up not once, but TWICE. Then my unit was broken into again. I wasn’t even notified. I just tried using my key and it didn’t work. Literally will go out of my way to let people know never to rent anything from there. Beyond poor business practices and virtually no security whatsoever.

Jason S | Online Move InThe manager there is a salty angry woman. All the guys that work there are very friendly and helpful. When I departed I said I hope you can get the lift operational again and the manager told me one customer broke it. I was the customer that it happened to. I didn't tell her that though because she is so negative. The lift cable broke when I was using it. It was mechanical error not my fault. The facility currently has no way of getting heavy stuff down to the 1st floor. It's a three story building. An elevator that is dependable is very important and needed. I had to use a dolly with all my heavy furniture down three flights of stairs. I'm very unhappy about that storage facility. It's like our stuff is being held hostage because unless you are strong enough to carry your stuff down the steps you can't get your stuff down and out of there. Yet we have to pay the storage bill every month without fail but they can't get the lift to work and keep it working? I would say I recommend U-HAUL but I can't recommend this facility to anyone.

Jennifer B | Online Move InLooks can be deceiving,...Upon getting all of our stuff out of the storage we got all of our bins to the new property and realize that rats had eaten through our clothing there was so many rat droppings that we had to throw stuff away it was really horrible, I've never had cockroaches in my life and one of our bins had a lot of cockroaches inside, not only that, we had a air conditioner just disappear! And don't try to contact them you can never get a hold of anyone at the facility and if you do the manager is never available!!!!

When we were moving out of the unit on Sunday, August 16, 2020, there was a woman and her 2 boys making a huge scene the whole time we were there. The boys were literally fist fighting in the hallway and parking lot while their mother screamed and cursed at them constantly. It was very disturbing and uncomfortable. When my husband told the attendant about it he said "Yeah, they do that all the time. I probably should've called the police or something." There are cameras all over the place so we knew the people in the office could see what was going on and they couldn't have missed the screaming. We were afraid they'd turn on us if we asked them to stop or got involved. It was not a good situation or pleasant experience what so ever.
