Excellent drop off experience.
ANDOR HUnit had damage to roof when picked up. Tape on both interior and exterior to keep water tight. Did not notice until got unit home. No place to note that type of damage on ur report. Departure check list and damage report not explained on pickup. Got home but link had expired. Had to call.

HAYDEN GThe AC went out about 3 mi from the location I had to drive 27 mi to my destination and 30 mi back with no AC It was so hot and because I was on the freeway I was unable to roll my windows down that I threw up so I was absolutely not pleased about that

Joe SEveryone was professional and pleasant. I really appreciated they opened 10 minutes earlier than posted on Sunday!! We were the first in line and had to spend 12 hours moving that day. This is the third time I have rented here.

ROBERT SMy truck seems to have had a transmission problem. The pick up was lousy.
MICHAEL HThere is a problem with the corporate listing for the door dimensions for the 6x12 trailer. Door size is listed as 5'4"" wide and 5'1" tall. Opening is at least two inches smaller in both dimensions. We were trying to transport a custom built show prop with these dimensions in mind at it would not fit.
SCOTT DThe truck drove very poorly. In the middle of our trip the truck died. We spent 20 minutes on the phone with roadside assistance and they couldn’t find our contract. We called the office we picked up the truck from and they never answered. We eventually got a call center rep on the line who found the contract. The person who came to replace the (very rusted and old) battery was efficient and kind. Overall this experience caused u to be very late with our move to the point we went over the loading hours at the storage facility, had to get a hotel and come back the next day. We will never rent from here again.

Kiya KMake the 10ft trucks with ramps. I had to lift my heavy expensive piece of furniture. Luckily, I had my nephew and not my sister as planned. Otherwise, great!

KATERI K | Overall ExperienceThe location is great, however the app had an important issue. It popped up an advertisement that I had to click out of to continue, then skipped the pick up process so I couldn't enter existing damage, mileage, gas, etc. If there were any resulting issues, I'd be pretty upset, but no harm no foul I guess?
Noah BHad an appointment but sent away because the “hitch guy” wasn’t in. Then brought our one car in and told it would be an hour or two so waited. Then after 3 hours the “hitch guy” was working the front desk and when I said he still has to do the electric work and it would take maybe an hour or so. Took an uber home because I no longer had confidence in his ability to calculate time. And then when it was done over two hours later had to take another uber to get the car, causing the cost of the hitch to increase because of having to get an uber both ways. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
Ashley BThe equipment was not cleaned and the gas was on E and I was assured that I would receive a twenty dollar credit which I did not. The equipment had a few issues and I called for assistance they said they would help but it would cost me 450 dollars and keep in mind it was their equipment.
JAMES DI was overcharged for this uhaul. I returned it on time or 1 or 2 mins past because of check in and was charged for another whole day.

The staff was friendly and helpful but many times they were overwhelmed and the wait times were long and unacceptable. Scheduling the proper amount of staff at the proper time is a management issue. I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.
