Very busy and cramped facility yet the employee removing the trailer gave me clear directions for where to take it and did his job professionally and politely. I'd hire him.

Clean the truck better. There was grease on the seat and a bottle of water left in the vehicle. The truck was old and rattley. Worn out.

Paul SMy storage unit is moldy the 24 hour access was not available. The door was broken. I had to wait for someone to come and give me access. I can only access my storage unit when someone is physically present. I will be ending my contract soon. the worst storage facility I have ever seen the walls are covered in mowed. The floor is moist. My belongings will not be able to remain there for long without being damaged that storage unit needs to be closed. It is un suitable for anyone storing household items, clothing and furniture very dissatisfied.

tracy PThis was my second 5' x 8' trailer rental. The second trailer AV 0211H was not a 5' x 8' trailer. My queen mattress barely fit, lengthwise. Also, there was an oil or gas spill in the trailer. The trailer smelled horrible. That is not something I wanted when moving a bed frame and mattress. The staff were helpful, but I was in a hurry and the folks in front of me were having hitch and light issues, so I took the trailer as is.

CRYSTAL JI dropped off my truck with over 15 man despair spoke with the attendant and I was charged for another day because he waited an additional 20 minutes before receiving the equipment in the system so it charge for another day. I saw that charge sitting in my account for almost a week before I had to reach out to them and let them know if I had they just would’ve kept my money.
KYLE CEasy transaction from start to finish. Newer truck drove very well, windshield was a little hazy on inside could be cleaner. Picked up freezer from local Costco, overall convenient location and a good experience!

robert cReserved the truck and appliance dolly in the morning for pick up in early evening. Upon arrival I checked in the truck for the dolly and it was not there. I asked the worker and he informs me that they have no appliance dolly at this time. So my reservation was prepped, key put in back of truck for mobile pick up and nothing was ever said to me about it. But I’m glad I looked because I was moving a 375lb safe and the truck would have been useless for me. So now I had to scramble to find a 15’ truck and appliance dolly in order to get to the store and pick up the safe in the allotted pick up time slot. For the location being so close to me and my desired location, it’s pretty disappointing nothing was ever done ahead of time to let me know. I’m done with this location.

I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.
