SANDRA LI had a reservation at a much closer location. I booked it before 6am for a 6pm pickup. I get a phone call at 4:45 pm saying my truck is not available and the next closest location closes at 5pm. I was forced to go to the only location I was trying to avoid. They should have called me much earlier in the day. The reason my truck was unavailable is because the wipers don't work and it was snowed in. That truck never should have been available in the first place. It was a very frustrating experience. Then I was charged over $12 for fuel when the guage didn't even move. I drove like 9 kms.
Tracy LI reserved a car hauler went to pick up it wasn't there had to rent dolly instead not enough staff was there at 9 am didn't get served till 1045 but the girl that served me was very good if you had more people like her your business would be golden

BRIAN EThe customer service was good. It did make me a little uncomfortable the employee was using a cell phone to take pictures of my drivers licence. It appeared to be a personal phone too.

Jason BThis was the first time choosing U-Haul for our move and it will definitely be our last. When we booked the 20' truck we also ordered a dolly to help us move. When we got to the site to pick up our equipment, we we told that they don't have a 20' truck but they do have a 26'. Unfortunately that option was not suitable for us as the parking for that big of a vehicle isn't available. We had to settle for the 15' truck and take multiple trips. Just before leaving the site, we asked where the dolly we ordered was, she stated only at that time that there were non available, ON NEW YEAR'S DAY!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED and that made everything extremely challenging for our moving process. I will NEVER return!
DOMINIQUE PI want to start by saying that the store staff and customer service were good and helpful, which I appreciate. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the equipment I received. It was extremely dirty and unhygienic—well beyond what could be considered normal use or acceptable cleanliness. This situation was quite upsetting, especially since customers expect rented equipment to be properly cleaned and ready for use. Due to this unacceptable condition, I believe this does not meet U-Haul’s service standards, and I respectfully request a refund or appropriate compensation for this rental.
HARMAN SRented a Uhaul to move - 20 ft truck. No issues at all with the vehicle, I will rent one again this weekend. Below average because the customer service is horrid here now. Gentleman behind the counter was kind and professional, but I was handed 4 keys and told to get my own truck out of their jumble of trucks. No snow melting done, no brush provided. Truck was also dirty as sin, like BLACK floors. TLDR: Price - GREAT Truck - OKAY, no issues Service - AWFUL

SEIJA KWas no one at the front desk waited for 30 min before someone showed up. Had no extension for the lights on the trailer they fergot to give it to me a had to turn around a go back in. I was behind schedule due to poor service.

NATALIE TUsually if you book a car or truck for rental it is ready for your reservation. There were 6-7 vans there and the clerk tried to give me a van that was snow covered and had almost no gas. He said he had to give me the one due out. Why do you not have full tanks of gas? I will never rent from Uhaul again

ANDREW BShould check the Van or Truck to see if anything was left behind by customer. I rented a Van and forgot my dolly and ratchet straps in the back of the Van and had to go back to get them. If it was checked before I left I would have not had to go back.

CHAIMA HAfter paying inside they told me to go find my truck outside in the yard. The yard is huge, I walked around for about 5 min in the snow ankle deep (wasn't plowed from the night before, I picked up at 4pm) finally found my truck which was full of snow and blocked in between trucks. Had to walk all the way back to office in the freezing cold and wait in line to tell him about the truck, he gave me the one behind it which was cleaned off. I had to drive around to the office and go in to get my appliance dolly and pads from inside and load them in the truck myself. Once in the truck and on the road, realized my mirrors were both filthy and covered in dirt and unusable. Had to stop and clean them with napkins and a bottle of water I had with me. Overall terrible experience. In the past when renting a haul, they had it at the office, warmerd up, clean, and loaded with all the extras I rented.
DENNY MNo one was at the counter with a waiting line of 3 customers. After a half an hour it was finally my turn and I was told that the truck didn't need any inspection or verification of fuel and to just hand over the key. Another half hour wasted.
PETER KNobody showed me how to use the truck. Had to go inside to get the blankets because nobody gave them to me. Wipers didn’t work. The blades need to be changed. It would be nice if somebody walked you out of the vehicle showed you around and showed you how it worked. Instead, they gave me the keys told me the vehicle was outside, and I had to figure it all out.

MAHAMAT AI was attended to by one Amandeep S. He attended to me without empathy or compassion. I know that U-Haul is cost friendly and aims to ease customers from life stressors especially the stress that comes with moving; but this representative, Amandeep did the opposite to me. He made my blood pressure to increase which could have cause serious complications for me. Amandeep is not a good ambassador of U-Haul and appears not to care about one’s patronage or not.

Brian SThe only thing iam considered is the tires didn't have traction on 2cm snow. The tires were slipping on the snow. I wasn't able to move, to move the truck back and forth. And me helpers had push at front of truck to get it moving back. Which I wasn't happy with that. But everything else was great. I returned the truck a day early on 23th of November. Also got changed 66km over so was wondering than can wave over since I returned the truck earlier. Please let me know if there's a refund for that thank you. Sheila Johnston 705-427-2025
SHEILA JI did not appreciate my credit card being charged for a second day when I had the trailer returned the same day. To me that was unacceptable. Now the issue was resolved however I should not have had to go through that situation at all.

MARK BI rent once every 2 weeks, and 95% of the time there is. Only 1 staff member Working On average it takes 45 to 75 miwutes to wait in line to get the keys. At the end of the day if it is busy they tell me to just leave the keys. But then the bill is an extra $20 more. Unfortunately it is the most convenient location, or I would go some where else . Plenty of equipment to rent ,but staff shortages make the.consumer suffer.

Sonia VI booked for a long haul, I was moving from Ontario to Alberta, after 2 hours on the road for my 29hrs drive my engine light came on. I called for assistance to which I was told it’s probably just in need of a service. I drive though the mountains of northern Ontario with an engine light and my brakes squealing. Not the ideal situation when there are multiple locations with no cell service for assistance.

JOSEPH NVery disappointed in the customer service I received at this location. It was very difficult to find employees. The equipment I rented with my truck did not come with the vehicle and I had to go back for them. I was given a hard time about the amount of gas in the tank even though I returned it with the same amount I had rented it with. Employees need more training in the computer system, or have more employees as I spent 20 mins waiting to be served. Also, should the employees not confirm that the vehicle is in good condition prior to renting it out? I was asked to do a precheck without an employee present. Not impressed.
SAMSON RMy truck I was to use wasn’t running when I went to Pick it up. Trucks engine was dead. My thoughts was the truck should have been getting warmed up for my 8 am pick up and they would have known engine doesn’t run. It worked out in the end they gave me 15 footer. I asked for a discount on cost they said no. I did stated by time I left with new truck it was 9 am I paid for 4 hours and got 3.5. Other than that excellent customer service
LISA WRemove customer entrance in the front if that’s not customer entrance- I waited 15 min for someone to unlock the door. After we paid for the rental - she said someone will be meeting you in the parking lot- looked around for 10 min- he went to the mall to get a drink- After I brought the tenatal back had to wait a long time to finish the paperwork

ADEOLA AGreat staff, but it usually takes an hour to get the keys. Most of the time there is only 1 staff member. Longest wait time was 1hr 15 minutes. They need minimum 2 at all times.

RICHARD AVery nice staff. Helpful and friendly. At times though seems like the location is a bit understaffed. Had to wait a very long time to make our booking when we popped in and it was not busy. Only couple of customers. But overall impressed and happy with rental.

NEVILLE RThe return process was terrible. Waited over a half hour in a line-up of only 4 people. Staff were confused, unorganized and flustered. Was the complete opposite of the well-organized scheduling and pick-up of the unit.

KEVIN MMore than 1 person in the line waiting for rentals had the same reservation time. Moving is stressful enough without standing in a line waiting unnecessarily long to get going because customers were booked for the same time slot.
