Have better access to to back up for hooking up
RICHARD AWe delayed soo much at the counter
MARK BI rent once every 2 weeks, and 95% of the time there is. Only 1 staff member Working On average it takes 45 to 75 miwutes to wait in line to get the keys. At the end of the day if it is busy they tell me to just leave the keys. But then the bill is an extra $20 more. Unfortunately it is the most convenient location, or I would go some where else . Plenty of equipment to rent ,but staff shortages make the.consumer suffer.

Sonia VI booked for a long haul, I was moving from Ontario to Alberta, after 2 hours on the road for my 29hrs drive my engine light came on. I called for assistance to which I was told it’s probably just in need of a service. I drive though the mountains of northern Ontario with an engine light and my brakes squealing. Not the ideal situation when there are multiple locations with no cell service for assistance.

JOSEPH NVery disappointed in the customer service I received at this location. It was very difficult to find employees. The equipment I rented with my truck did not come with the vehicle and I had to go back for them. I was given a hard time about the amount of gas in the tank even though I returned it with the same amount I had rented it with. Employees need more training in the computer system, or have more employees as I spent 20 mins waiting to be served. Also, should the employees not confirm that the vehicle is in good condition prior to renting it out? I was asked to do a precheck without an employee present. Not impressed.
SAMSON RMy truck I was to use wasn’t running when I went to Pick it up. Trucks engine was dead. My thoughts was the truck should have been getting warmed up for my 8 am pick up and they would have known engine doesn’t run. It worked out in the end they gave me 15 footer. I asked for a discount on cost they said no. I did stated by time I left with new truck it was 9 am I paid for 4 hours and got 3.5. Other than that excellent customer service
LISA WRemove customer entrance in the front if that’s not customer entrance- I waited 15 min for someone to unlock the door. After we paid for the rental - she said someone will be meeting you in the parking lot- looked around for 10 min- he went to the mall to get a drink- After I brought the tenatal back had to wait a long time to finish the paperwork

ADEOLA AGreat staff, but it usually takes an hour to get the keys. Most of the time there is only 1 staff member. Longest wait time was 1hr 15 minutes. They need minimum 2 at all times.

RICHARD AVery nice staff. Helpful and friendly. At times though seems like the location is a bit understaffed. Had to wait a very long time to make our booking when we popped in and it was not busy. Only couple of customers. But overall impressed and happy with rental.

NEVILLE RThe return process was terrible. Waited over a half hour in a line-up of only 4 people. Staff were confused, unorganized and flustered. Was the complete opposite of the well-organized scheduling and pick-up of the unit.

KEVIN MMore than 1 person in the line waiting for rentals had the same reservation time. Moving is stressful enough without standing in a line waiting unnecessarily long to get going because customers were booked for the same time slot.

dave fNo real improvement to state. The 2 staff were excellent they were friendly they were helpful they were efficient. The van was very clean inside. Also it was full of gas when I picked it up thus making it much easier to return. Thank you

EMMANUEL EFill up the tank before the client pick up the vehicule and then ask him to return the vehicule with a full tank. Not doing this is unfair to ask people to fill up the tank when they return the vehicule.
ATHANASE SIt was my first time dropping off here and it was great. I got there at 8:30am on a Sunday and there was someone outside that helped me right away with the return. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Excellent service!
SYLVAIN WHire more front line staff..one agent doing the paperwork and giving keys was terrible..waiting an hour was unacceptable.
BARBARA PThey need more than just one person at the counter. It is a very long wait if anyone is ahead of you. By the time they do the paperwork and then go out to show you the vehicle/trailer takes over 10 minutes.
RAINER PExtermely slow service. Waited over an hour. Three people ahead of me in line and only one person checking customers in. I don't consider three others ahead of me to be excessive, however all of us had to deal with the super slow employee who seemed like they were just learning how to use a computer. Because of how they store their trailers, the one I was assigned was buried three deep in the row. Nobody around to assist getting to mine. Had to move them myself to get to mine. Wire to connect the trailer lights to my vehicle was about 6 inches long. Didn't want to go back inside to deal with "speedy" again so I drove across the street to Canadian Tire and bought an extension. UHaul needs to store more equipment at the Notre Dame location (my size trailer wasn't avaiable there) so I can deal with them in the future. Never had an issue with Notre Dame location over several years of renting from them.
DOUGLAS NPlease change all the worn, balled, tires on your trucks. They are a huge safety issue. We just happened to see the tire the night before we left for our trip. We had to call to have tires changed before we left for are move. This was inconvenient and we had to wait two hours for service because we were in a remote area. The service person could only change one tire.

LEO KI apologized to the person that I was 30 minutes late, she said it wasn't a problem. My credit card was then charged for an extra day for being late 30 mins? Ridiculous!!! The person then asked if I forgot to fill the gas tank, I showed her my contract that showed I only needed to bring it back with 3/4 tank. She accepted that, my credit card was then charged extra for not bringing it back with a full tank. Once again, Ridiculous!!! These things should be mentioned right at drop off! I dont appreciate seeing a surprise charge on my credit card.

RANALD MWe reserved the van for 3 days, but made the effort to return it the 2nd night of the rental period. This, in turn, provided the site the opportunity to rent the equipment to another customer during our rental period, or double dip. We were not given credit for returning it early.

GAETAN POnly 1 employee working…long wait time to be served. Also, the van had next to no gas in it. I travelled less than 40 kms and the gas light was on most of that time. I nearly ran out of gas before refueling. Not acceptable!
PAUL BThé truck fuel tank should be full when picked up. Customer returning the truck return full. This a more fair way of assuring that we don’t over or under estimate how much fuel to leave in the vehicle

ROBERT MIt took over an hour to be processed even though I had already made a reservation online. I believe I had a new attendant however she had not been trained properly. And then we were sent to the yard to fetch our own trailer that was between other trailers. After 15 minutes of struggle another attendant came out. After plugging in trailer and realizing one driving light was burnt attendant encourage me to just take a picture and take trailer anyways. Cannot drive with burnt light. Poor service all around.

David PMisleading costs, poor explanation, poor communication w customer, van windows were filthy on the inside and disgusting, it impaired driver visibility.
RICHARD MThe reservation and pick-up process is way too long. It has to be made more efficient. Also, not enough people working at the counter. Should always have two or three people ready to serve the public.

gursajanpreet SWas guaranteed a 20 foot truck. The gave me a 15 foot truck. Booked a hand cart for boxes. The truck did not come with the equipment I needed. The check engine light came on between Sudbury and Timmins. Uhaul charged me extra milage after I begged the clearance for more as I knew it was a long drive. Uhaul took money out of my account without authorization. Absolutely a shitshow.
