The customer service was amazing they are giving their 100% but unfortunately there’s only one person is working at a time which is so annoying the guy is running in the lot helping for other customers to access their storage with forklift meanwhile 5 customers are waiting for him at desk he is amazing but they should have to hire more staff like him others wise its bullshit there alot of wait time for being served
JASHANPREET SSo i booked the van for 2 hours and brought it back to the same location within an hour around 7pm and they said they will finish this tomorrow morning because we are about to close and i have been charged 9 dollars something for not bringing the vehicle at the same level.and in the morning i got the email bill that i have been charged over for the fuel. I have the pictures and before and after. Its even little more than what it was before.
SATINDER SI had nice furniture that got all dirty with grease from the inside of the trailer. Also the previous time that I rented a truck, it said it had 1/4 tank of gas which it did not. I tried to submit within the link given but I couldn’t get the picture in. Shouldn’t these be filled more than 1/4 tank before a client rents it?!?
RICKY CI rented a motorcycle trailer and when I got it home and let the tires cool down each tire was down 15lbs of psi pressure from the recommended 65lbs of pressure. Other than that the service was good.

Christopher BA bit of yard trimmings in the back of the trailer that was no big deal. After I did put my load in the trailer the right hand side tire was very low in pressure. I was able to inflate it with my portable compressor that I hade in my truck up to the proper psi for the trailer, I also adjusted the left side tire that had a high tire pressure. Also I do not recommend location of services to friends. I will return to this depot in the future.

Biswas KI arrived at the U-Haul location to pick up my pre-booked trailer rental, only to find out that the systems were shut down. The counter employee poorly managed the situation, leaving customers in the dark. The agent informed me that there were only three 6”/12” trailers available, all of which were damaged. However, I counted at least seven trailers on the lot. The most inappropriate part was when the agent suggested that if I could fix the trailer myself, then I could take it. I ended up searching for another location with a trailer, but had no luck. Hours later, when the systems finally came up, I pointed out to the agent that there was indeed a working trailer on the lot. Bottom line, with better management, this entire situation could have been avoided.

ANDRE DU-Haul’s especially in the winter should have winter tires on them horrible for driving in the winter . I suggest that’s something you look into getting . You want us to put insurance on them when rented my suggestion would be to put winter tires on them.
GREGORY RAwful business model. Reported KMs were inaccurate by 30km. Would have cost me a significant extra amount of money if I didn't report the discrepancy. Can was not cleaned prior to use.

Tim FPlease be very careful to check that trailers are properly hitched to your vehicle after personnel hook you up. I literally drove off the parking lot and it separated. Luckily no damages on my truck or someone else and that I wasn't going fast. And trailer wasn't clean and smelled like a barn. Very disappointed!

THERESA VOnly issue I ran into was cable extension from trailer to 4 pin wiring harness was corroded and now my truck is throwing faults for a trailer wiring issue and I have to go to Ford to get it rectified. Trailer worked out great otherwise

MICHAEL SWe had to repair the trailer lights before using the dolly. The equipment was not ready when reservation time came. Staff unable to help to repair. Had no clue what he was doing. Will use any other company from now on. Completely disappointed in the lack of knowledge and preparation of this company. Not enough staff working. Computer system not working. It was awful. Would not recommend to anyone.
MARIE MMake the wiper blades work properly. If I am paying per km for gas used I should not have to top up the gas to what it was originally at. I am being billed double for that. That is completely wrong. This should be clearer in your terms.

GILLES BI am a repeat customer and generally very satisfied with the Barry Downe location in Sudbury as the vehicles are virtually New and usually in very good condition with regards to cleanliness. This is my first time that I was disappointed as the previous customer was obviously a heavy smoker and the acrid smell was overwhelming when I first climbed into the vehicle. It is a shame that the customer didn't have enough consideration for the next customers renting to get out of the van before smoking. I believe the customer that did this should be banned from renting another vehicle. Your employees are very pleasant and always very helpful, Keep up the good work folks.

JAMES YThe truck I rented was full of snow, ice and had to run for 20 minutes before I could leave the lot. Upon returning vehicle, lady who reviewed the condition of the truck came back with a picture of the bottom of the driver door rubber seal hanging ,not attached and tried to convince me I did the damage. I told her the truck was like that when I got in it. I also noted the rubber hanging but assumed they knew of its condition before I arrived. I would like to make a suggestion that the employees check condition of vehicles like rental companies do with their units.
