Add a drink, or water dispenser in the office It was a Wyler lemonade day, hot, thirsty makin day and all my liquid was gone! When I finished the guys there gave me a bottle of water but I believe it was their own.

For wanting the business and have red used this facility before, it was u pleasant to see that you had to bring a bill from your home utilities to rent a truck, 2nd time customer renter in a 6 mths period.

I personally had a lot of issues scheduling my rental for my move. I originally set it for 2 days and had to get it rescheduled and then the app wasn’t working for me and I had to call in. After i spoke to the representative, I thought my appointment was set for 2 days and when I went to pick up the truck, I only had it for 1 day and had to bring it back before the 24hr period. 1100-0830 the next day after moving becuase they scheduled another customer to pickup by 0900. When I returned the truck, I forgot the extra furniture pads at my property and said I would bring them back by the next day since I don’t live nearby anymore and the representative on site was not personable and lied to other customers picking up the truck after me stating “the guy before you didn’t bring back any of the furniture pads”.. the green bag of furniture pads were still in the truck (I told the employee that), I was given extra pads that I honestly thought that I purchased. We were able to come to a compromise but there are honest mistakes that should be treated that way and shouldn’t be made out to seem like I forgot them on purpose. Avoid the app and make sure your details are right when scheduling is my main takeaway from this and probably won’t be going back to this location.

Everything was great, except for the turnover of employees especially the managers at that location. When I started my storage contract almost 6 years ago, the manager was very nice sweet and understanding. Then you had switched managers without any notice or notification and I was charged a late see. At first she was extremely rude but after she was okay. I believe her name was Diana. Then you guys again switched managers without notice and the manager was then a male and he was pleasant to work with. I am not sure if there is a different manager now but during those 6 years that was my experience at that location.

Clean is a relative term. Our locker was ( they all are) dusty. This is the desert SW and we have a lot of blowing dust which penetrates into the lockers which are not dust proof. That is just the way it is here and is not a complaint. Otherwise all was excellent!

We have had a storage unit with you since 2013. Have seen many come & go. The staff that is running the facility now is marvelous!! They are friendly, prompt, kind & caring. I just lost my mother & am trying to consolidate units. They have most helpful!!! the facility is always clean & very well maintained. Very professional! I wished I would have gotten the persons name that was operating behind the desk. She was extremely professional and really quick with the service, but it came to getting my vehicle that I needed to move my equipment. Got a rental, told woman on phone I would have it until 4pm, she stated okay that’s not an issue I wasn’t told of any more charges. I get multiple calls and my family gets calls at 2:30pm that I was to return it at that time and I stated 4PM, they asked if I could get it back at 3:20 and it was already 3PM and they are 15 minutes away and I had a half truck to unload still and stated I would be able to at 4PM like I stated. I was then charged for another rental and other miscellaneous fees after drop off. Never again. If you plan to charge someone for another rental then say that don’t let it be a surprise.

I am not pleased with the schedule of power to my trailer to use my battery charger/maintainer. Most in new chargers require a constant uninterrupted power to work. It is extremely inconvenient to go daily and restart my battery charger. With high cost that I paid and the minute amount of electricity needed it should be the least that facilities could do. My trailer batteries are now trash since the power was cycled on and off to the charger.

The facility was great. The problem I have with it is the pigeon problem you have. Every time I picked up my camper I would have to wash the whole camper. The roof was disgusting, my gutters were completely filled with pigeon poop, there was poop on all sides of my rv. I would spend about 3 hours cleaning it up every time I picked up my camper.

On the day I rented my storage there was no canopy in front of the office. On the day I moved in all of a sudden there was a random black pole right in the driveway at the gate. There was no clearance signs on the black pole causing me to not see it and hit the Uhaul truck I rented . I had insurance on the truck but it did not cover overhead damage. The day I went to turn in the Uhaul truck at another location The manager was rude and I had made an agreement to pay the deductible on a certain date. However the manager tried to pull money from account to bill me for the overhead damage. I do not feel I was responsible because that pole was clearly in the way of the exit Gate. The manager did not contact me. The manager did not apologize for this happening to me. The manager should have helped me dispute this charge because it would have been the correct thing to do. I had to cancel my debit and credit cards because I feel I was not responsible due to poorly lit entrance and no signs displaying clearance height. I decided that this business was only caring about making money and did not put any effort to correct the situation. I decided that I did not want to rent any from this company. It was a horrible experience for me and it’s very sad that now there are orange cones front. I will never rent from Uhaul again due to the traumatizing experience I had to go through

Después que entregue la pick up 1:30 me llamaron y dijeron que había cierto daño en el vehículo y es injusto porque me hicieron una acusación falsa y además me puce en línea para que la inspeccionaran cuando la regrese y nunca nadie la inspeccionó solo me dijeron que la estacionara en el mismo lugar de donde la recoji lo cual lo hice y la pick up estaba bien, muy enojada con su servicio y más por la falsedad me acusaron de algo que yo no hice si hubiera pasado soy honesta lo hubiera reportado mal servicio

There was a pile of dog poop on lower portion of driver seat on floor that I had to partially clean up! Residue of poop is still there! Young man associate checked me in very well and asked that I have truck back on Saturday by 0900 which I did return at 0855. I put $16.00 gas in truck to cover 49 miles I drove however he gave me a choice to go get more gas because he stated line in truck was barely off from his sheet. I was going to go but I had already ordered my Lyft ride. So I paid $28 extra! Truly unbelievable so I paid and left. Young man needs to learn how to make a fair judgement call. They withheld an extra amount that they said will be instantly refunded after I return the vehicle. I turn the truck in at 2pm and still have received my money. If it wasn’t going to be “instant” don’t use the word “instant”.

The only complaint I have is I left a message for the manager to call me and I never got the call. Whether he got the message and never called or the girl never gave him the message, I will never know but from a customer’s perspective that is unacceptable. That never happened with previous manager. I said yes to the staff being helpful but this incident tempted me to say no.

My car had failed in towing a trailer that was said to be able to tow it. After having to call 4 to 5 people (and getting differing answers from each person) at U-Haul to get help because we were in the middle of a cross-country move, and explaining our situation of needing to drop off a trailer and switch it out for a truck and car trailer, not once was it mentioned that we had to change the drop-off location on the trailer by any of the phone representatives or the crew when we got there. we were there for 2 hours moving all the boxes from the trailer to the U-Haul truck and not a single worker warned us of a wrong location fee until they were checking out the equipment.

First off Edmund location was rude as hell, vehicle had accident damage...next your traffic office decided to cancel our haul truck 400 mil from our destination because they didn't had any , than we had to drive out of our way to Edmund to get a diffrent truck which was smaller , they didn't wanted to give to us until the next day at 430 pm in the evening...like I said it was a mess on top of this we had to rent a trailer 5x9 because we didn't had enough room in the truck...if you all wouldn't canceled my over a month before my order I would of not been spending another $500 and that pisses me off like hell , why in the world do you have a reservation when you don't honor this shit , do you even know what reservation means you all might need a dictionary...for customers coming out of state and traveling is unexeptable , you don't have anything because your your excuse is ..oh it's a college town...sorry this bs...because all you about is making quick buck because ppl are local and you don't give a shit about people come from other states and don't move college kids...so yes I'm a pissed off customer and over $500 ....definitely will be the last time me renting a haul ....be nice if we can have a serious conversation about , because who you at haul just give you the run around and don't let you talk to an actual person in charge...so if there is a ceo or something like be nice to get a call my number is 580-583-4191

The entire U-Haul process is incredible. This one was no different. I love the use of technology for for checking out and back in, makes it very simple. Additionally, every U-Haul facility I’ve been in is always bright, clean and well stocked with absolutely everything needed to move. Finally, the trucks and how they must be used very hard but are always in way better condition than you could ever ask for. Mechanically sound, clean and well explained for those that don’t know their way around larger vehicles. Great job!

Online check in process failed, couldn’t get my truck until 2 hours and multiple failed attempts on the system. Got very very frustrated. Turn in process took forever also almost 20 minutes to complete all the steps on my own without help from a U-Haul employee. When I had to call I had to wait 30 minutes on hold just to get told try again.

Have 24hour Access, but the electric left gate is damage, so Their middle gate is only open during storage hours, they said it'll be up too two months before the main gate is repaired, so 24 hour is no longer available to me when I need it most.

A little pricey and the spots are pretty narrow. It’d be nice if there was something done about all the birds. The entire front cap of my trailer was covered in bird feces when I pulled my trailer out after seven months. Otherwise, no issues. The site seemed secure and access is convenient.

Advertises as 24 hour access. Wasn't available for when I needed it. I was not compensated for waiting for 4 hours for management to unlock the emergency exits to allow me entrance because the 24 hour access door was inoperable. I was charged $15 because they didn't debit my card on file. They didn't inform me I had to setup automatic withdrawal either. Only specific locks are allowed on storage units. Also another inconvenience/start up cost.

The facility itself is nice enough to store your belongings, however I was told that I would get my first month of storage free when I booked a uhaul. I paid $500 for a uhaul and specifically chose a uhaul location, which is much farther from where I am living, because I was told I would get a free month. Then when I get there, I am told that I don’t get a free month of storage. I am frustrated that I spent all this money on a uhaul, chose a further location to get this deal, and ended up not getting the deal. I will be searching for a different storage place much closer to my home to move my stuff into.

The only thing that was concerning is the fact that I came a late And they had already charged my card and I was not being able to re-be refunded and now I’m paying $85 for something that you’re going to rent out right away and I feel like I should’ve been refunded my money back because it was only a day or after because it was a holiday weekend I was not able to get over to the storage unit because I had just got back in town.,There should be some type of Compensation for just being a day or 2 late of being charged and I feel like I should at least receive something back since you’re going to be renting out the unit that is my only complaint about this whole situation.. And I was told that the company will not refund my money back because it had been two days I believe after and my credit card has been charged but I know that there can be some kind of compensation given back to me and I just feel like this is a sad situation because people have busy lives and I did not realize that my card had been charged so this is very disappointing to me.! And that is why I would not recommend to anyone to get a storage unit from you unless I am compensated for being two days late I feel like this is unfair situation so thank you so much you have a very nice facility but I cannot recommend it if somebody has some type of an emergency or situation going on and can’t be there after the card has been charged after a day or two I think this is unacceptable !! I overall enjoyed my time experience with my storage unit. I did find irritation with when my first payment was due I swear my account was setup for automatic payments, but it wasn't and I was charged a late fee. When I went in the fix this the staff was nice and ask if I wanted to use the card already on file. A few clicks and I was out the door with my account on auto-pay like it should have been from the start.

They charged me for a damaged door and a nasty storage room when the damage was already done when I got there and the storage room wasn’t left nasty charged me 80 dollars for nothing I wouldn’t recommend anyone using that particular uhaul place Uhaul moving and storage of sun city El Paso is terrible

I unfortunately fell behind and had a late balance for my unit. I paid my storage and all fees over the phone with Stephanie the day before a holiday. I stopped by on my way home and was unable to access my unit because there was still a red tag and lock on it as though I hadn't paid. The office not only closed early that day, but was closed for both the next day holiday and the Sunday. I had a an important gift I was storing there among a few other important things. She neglected to remove the red tag before leaving early for the holiday weekend. It was very frustrating, disappointing and I was very angry. I get that my payment was late, but I even confirmed my access was restored by catching up and she said of course.
