Gave me a due date to submit payment before putting unit up for auction just to not honor it. Extremely disappointed about the professionalism here and not honoring their word. 0 out 5 stars. I would never recommend, in fact, I’d encourage people never to use their business.

We were previous Arizona U-Haul customers and ultimately came back to U-Haul because of the rate lock. It was close to home, and we were happy with our previous U-Haul experience. (We had used Xtra Space storage in Odessa and after a few months in our fee increased $100, then again a month or two to over 2x what it originally was. We didn't stay 6 months. We got our stuff out of there as soon as we closed on our home in El Paso.) The front desk clerk greeted me right away, was super friendly, got me in and out with contract in hand. Her cutomer service is on point. Would definitely recommend.
