I have rented about 5-7 tinea from this location and their customer service is always very helpful and friendly, even though sometimes theh have other customers waiting they always manage to keep a happy customer service attitude.

STEPAN AThe thug at the front desk yes the one with all the tattoos scared my son when we went to rent a u haul he was very imitating to my son acted very unprofessional he was trying to “act” like a thug cuz clearly he wasn’t he was trying to act all hard but he wasn’t.

ELPIDIO VHonestly, the whole experience was awful. I scheduled for a 26ft truck. Showed up to obtain it. It wasn't there. I asked the representative when I'd be able to get it, he said he didn't know and could not help me find another one. He suggested a 15ft truck instead. I said I needed the truck I reserved. He told me to go to another location. I went there, same deal. They could not help me and didn't know who could. I then called corporate number, she was very helpful and accommodating. This whole process cost me hours in my day. I then get the 26 foot truck from the Burbank location, and needed it an extra day. Because I returned it an hour late they charged me for a full third day. Ridiculous, especially considering the time they wasted of mine trying to track down a truck that I had already reserved and put my payment down for. Overall, my worst Uhaul experience I've ever had.

WILLMAN MI originally went to the 924 S Victory Bl Burbank, CA 91506 location. The guy was rude and refused to rent me a utility dolly. He said I had to rent a truck. He told me to go somewhere else. I called customer service to complain and they said they would contact the Victory Bl location. I went to the U-Haul at the Hollywood Way location and was very happy with the service provided.
Rita AThis place was great! Super helpful after the first location/online booking fell through. Even let us know there could be a little reimbursement fee for us after the first truck we reserved was not available. The two people I talked with on the phone and one of those helped me find a new one - did not tell me about it or offer it up. I will be going here for my next U-Haul needs.
RYLEIGH LI was sent to this location only after arriving at the original U-Haul location to find that the representative of that owner-operated store gladly DGAF that people who made a reservation very specifically for that time and location and day we’re depending on him to actually be OPEN and provide the product that was reserved. My belief in U-Haul went from a 10 to a zero in a matter of seconds. Thankfully, Jamie in Santa Clarita, found an alternative truck. It cost me over two hours of my time. It cost me the time of others. It cost me mileage. It cost me more in transportation to get to and from the location. If this survey goes to U-Haul corporate, please get in touch with me about this disastrous situation that should have never been possible. I will be in touch.
KEVIN KWas told the truck had 1/8 tank of gas, it had no gas. Agent also lied about the outgoing mileage, printed on contract, 81007 miles, truck had 81036 miles. Upon return told agent about this and agent just shrugged it off. Apparent someone had used the truck prior to me for free or money from previous renter was pocketed by staff. When said this to the agent he said yes this could have been a possibility. Asked to speak to the manager and he told me she was on vacation. Wonder how often this happens?
TERRENCE BMake it easier to remove our personal information from the bluetooth system in the cargo vans. I was very uncomfortable with it automatically downloading my phonebook every time I connected my phone to charge.
AEOLAN KOnly issue I had, was that I could not find anyone to let know that I dropped off trailer.

THOMAS MI was charged a $40 dollar cleaning fee because the cab was a bit wet. It was a rainy day obviously there may be a bit of water and debris. I will not be renting from uhaul any more.

BRIAN WGreat staff, quick and efficient process. In and out in about 5 minutes for pickup, 2 minutes for drop off.
BRIAN WRented a van to pick up the kits for our kitchen cabinets. Rental process was great, the staff is very efficient. Return/check in was super easy. Van was easy to drive and comfortable, plenty of room to fit an entire kitchen and bathroom's worth of cabinets. Just what we needed!
JENNIFER RI think that TMs and DCs should have ramps, or uHaul should rent ramps that can be used to load stuff into the truck.
ALEX SYour reservation system is inadequate. You changed my location at the last minute from Pasadena to Burbank. When I arrived in Burbank, they have no record of it and said it was set at another location. Thankfully Kim was able to able to assit

JORGE LWe rented a truck to help with evacuations, and help deliver supplies all over LA. U-Haul corporate said the local location could offer us a discount or even give us the truck for free, given it was being used to aid families during 4 massive fires in Los Angeles. Instead the local managers dodged the question for a week, and then charged us full price. Why? In a moment when the city is coming together during a massive tragedy, and the company is already doing free storage for affected families, why not donate the truck for a few days to a good cause? Or give us one day free or anything? Disappointed in this location.

Ronald WThis isn’t for the location specifically but the app struggles! I had to take the pictures and write the comments 4 times before they actually uploaded. And that was only after I got an error message that kicked me out and I had to reach out to customer service to get a new link.

OHAN MThe issue i have is the rental equipment. I rent the uhal truck for my business. Now it seems that policy for the truck rental for vehicles over 15ft truck must include a dolly and blanket according to the manager at this location. In my logistic business i need all cubic ft accessible and having a dolly and blanket takes away from the cubic ft I need for my business.

The back of the truck had a rotten body stench and when you climbed in to load it, it made us nauseous. Just absolutely terrible. We told the onsite associates who came off as if they knew. Very very very disgusting experience. Yuk

STEPHEN HThe staff here was VERY friendly and helpful! They all deserve a raise. But this location needs an update on your computers and to hire some more people. The staff there is doing their absolute best. They don’t deserve having to deal with slow computers that barely work and not being staffed enough that they can’t answer the phone or having customers wait for someone who can have access to certain things. We had to wait over 30 mins just to see if there was a storage unit available because the ONLY guy that was there couldn’t log in to the computer. This was not his fault, and I fully believe they need an entirely new updated system and setup. Then after the 30 minutes of waiting, we had to wait an additional hour, maybe two because their system was giving them such a hard time. I feel so bad for these great staff, I’m sure they have to deal with people getting quite upset with them even though none of that is their fault. They review would be a EXCELLENT rating if it was on the staff alone, but unfortunately what should have been a 30 min deal turned into HOURS of our time just because they are understaffed and have computers that barely work.

Unfortunately when trying to pick up my trailer rental, the system was down, and information was lost, causing what should have been a short trailer pickup to turn into a multiple hour experience, and ended with my drop off location being 20 miles further than what was originally planned for.

There were either cars or trailers parked in front of and blocking my unit every time I came to access my belongings. There was an overgrown plant hanging down over the doors to my unit for months and it was not trimmed until I requested it be maintained so I could access my unit. For these reasons, I would not recommend this facility.

Sabrina D | First ImpressionsThis has been the worst storage and uhaul rental experience I've had out of all the times I've used Uhaul over the years. Honestly I'll never use Uhaul again because of it. The one way rental process was terrible. No one on the corporate side could figure out how to put the drop off location I requested. It took 4 phone calls to get someone that could do it. I went to the storage location and requested if they could they said to call corporate. After finally reaching someone who knew anything they inform me I have to drop it off by 9am on the due date. The documentation didn't mention the 9am time so I planned to drop off after work. But since I'd get charged an extra day I changed my meeting schedule so that I could come drop off the truck at 7am. Which I did. However. When I arrived there was only one employee who was cleaning a truck out. The drive was blocked. So I had to sit and wait 10 mins before I could pull in and drop off the truck. I dropped off the truck gave him the keys. And then a week alter get a bill for an extra day truck rental. He did not check it in until after 2pm thus I got charged an extra day because they don't do things timely at this location. I went in 3 times! Trying to get them to credit me. I emailed them(no response. . Called them. Every time they said the manager was out and couldn't do it themselves. I gave up and let them keep my. Money. I had a storage unit there. That I was slowly moving things out over about 4 car loads. EVERY single time I went there was only one employee always busy outside of the building so I had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes to get my "white lock" key to access my own stuff. They need help. Very poorly managed facility that needs staffing increases or changes. Clearly they need the money they stole from me for the extra rental day more than I do, hopefully they use it to help pay for additional staffing.
