The service at the location was excellent! However, my experience with uhaul overall was not. I did not receive a call, text or email that the pickup location had changed until an hour AFTER my pickup time. I will seek other options in the future

My experience with Uhaul was very bad. Several calls were made. Received multiple cancelation notice. Truck wasn't reserved at the location I was told. Drive to different locations and had to make additional calls to the reservation center. Called each location, only to here, that I didn't have a reservation there. I was told truck wasn't available until 6pm. When I finally got to the location, they told me they had a truck there all day ready to go. I waited all day, bounced around to different locations. This was a one way move, and the unnecessary running around and all the phone calls to Uhaul, waiting on hold, given the false information, made for even a longer move.

It’s usually a fast and inexpensive deal. The equipment is in good shape, and never a problem with returns. My reception at the location the last couple of times has been less than warm. Counter people in the past have been very friendly but the new gentleman manning the counter is cold and actually unfriendly.

Your locations and your service people were excellent, but you’re enclosed trailer must’ve had a leak because I have carpeting and furniture and bedding that all was wet with dirty water. the bottom of the trailer all wet when I unloaded

They tried to scam me saying I Damaged the roof of the truck even though I never even went by a tree let alone a bridge. Then when I explained that it never happened they claimed to send me a bill for “the damage” to the roof of the truck and requested I fill out an accident report even though I stated several times that there was no accident and they were scamming me. My lawyer will be in touch don’t ever go if you are a woman alone they will try and scam u

It was Terrible. It was a white out snowing, the whipers did not work and there was no washer fluid .I had about 2 inches to look out the window to see where I was going. And there was no ramp when we clearly told the gentleman we were moving furniture. I will not use this location again . Sincerely Leah Spencer

Clean the windows and outside mirrors. It was hard to see at night. I had to stop and clean them. I also had to stop twice in a 26 mile round-trip to adjust the passenger side outside mirror. The thing was a little loose and wiggled on bumps.

Install tires on the truck with tread depth that would pass inspection. Unloaded Truck got stuck in couple inches of snow. Had to get it towed out of driveway. Tow driver said how could UHaul give you a truck with tires like that!

Everything was great at the store. There was an issue with the trailer door that would not open. I had to beat on the door aggressively to get it to move. Things break and stuff happens. At the end of the day I got the job done with some setbacks. It happens. Everyone was great and super helpful and for the most part followed up except when they didn't with the door issue.

Vehicle should not have been in service. Vehicle was not safe for a cross-country trip. Steering was poor, suspension was poor, doors did not seal, cabin/engine noise was unbearable, windshield washing system was frozen and did not work, speedometer stopped working for four hours during trip. Engine oil warning came on at end of trip. This was the opposite of a ‘gentle ride van’. The only positive regarding this rental was that it amazingly didn’t leave us stranded during our 1500 mile trip.

Everything was great - from pick-up to drop-off. I will definitely be using them again in the fall when I need to make the same trip in reverse. Staff was friendly and processed my paperwork quickly. Pricing was better than trying to rent a minivan through a rental car agency (and which I've had trouble actually receiving as there is no guarantee you'll get a minivan even if you reserve one!) U-Haul made this a really positive experience and I will recommend both U-Haul and this location to others.

I returned the rental vehicle with both the appliance and regular dolly. that were used and the person who took my return pick up marked one of them as missing and charged me a fraudulent fee. I would not recommend any one use this location to do anything. I know for an absolute fact I brought both back they were both in the back of the truck and they were perfectly fine I wasn’t refunded the mileage that I didn’t use I reserved 50 miles but during my move I used a total of 15 this experience today has made me not want to use this specific uhaul location again. The dishonesty of the employee who checked in the truck when I returned is completely unacceptable. This entire ordeal has been beyond infuriating. Please help me get my money back it’s Christmas time and I did not do anything wrong

The young man I worked with was wonderful. I wasn't expecting to even need a storage unit but when I did need it they made sure to get everything done faster than I could have hoped. I am hoping I dont have to move again for a while, but if I did I would go right to this location to proceed!
