Very polite and professional personnel on this location. The whole renal process was easy and time efficient. The truck I got was Ram 1500 truck was clean and well prepared.
Bulat RMy truck when I picked it up only had 13 miles till empty, the back door had a dent and was sticking. The service was great, the truck was ready but just a few issues.
DOUGLAS SThe Uhaul truck was poorly maintained. During the trip the back two driver side tires flew off the truck. I then noticed that there were issues with the lugnuts on the front passenger tire. It was a horrible experience and luckily no one was seriously injured or killed.
JASON AThis facility is trash, Not secure at all .Anyone can walk right in and break locks and there are no cameras. Open broke fencing and they ask if you're interested in insurance for the unit. Awful and Sad across the street from a freshly built city school.

The real problem comes with electrical harness connector, wires are broken, you can easily see that it is an old wire interruption, the other wires have cracked insulation; lights work, there is no brake light and right turn signal. This is a safety issue, I believe this equipment is unsafe to be used in traffic, can endanger life and public safety; the staff is very helpful and nice, I reported the issue, hopefully they'll take care of it

This made my move more difficult as I was counting on them to be there. When I got into the truck the door trim was hanging down, the seat leaned towards the door, there was trash in the cab and bed of the truck, the check engine light was on, and there was less then half a tank of gas in the truck. While the employees were nice and the truck did the job, I wanted to mention these things so future customers have a better experience.

They were the most pleasant people and I understand they run into a lot of people in the course of a day, but I would recommend them two to run a business, they represent U-Haul well.

BRENDA BI had a very bad experience. My U-Haul quote and schedule was messed up. I pre ordered and called several times to confirm furniture pads. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told we don’t have any blanket to rent. The agent at the Trenton office legit said it’s not our problem we don’t have pads to rent. I then had to rush driving to several other U-Haul locations looking for pads. In addition, the truck was not clean. I found a bad of weed and weed remains in the cabin. I took videos and reported it. The Trenton agent where I picked up the truck did nothing. When I went to the other U-Haul location looking for Pad. One agent at the Ewing location tried to clean it out. I took photos and videos of everything. With time stamps. The truck smelled like weed for my whole drive from NJ to SC. Lastly, the movers who moved my stuff in. Broke and damaged my things. They were not physically large enough to handle moving furniture. This was a rough and bad experience. I don’t know if I could recommend U-Haul right now.

ANDREA RThe parking lot was completely full by the entrance when we returned the truck and we had to wait ten minutes for some space. We saw lots of parking on a nother section though, maybe have the customers returning the trucks park away from the entrance going forward.
DAMARIS TThe truck we were given had the tow mode turned on and we did not have a tow, gas tank was almost empty at less than 1/8 of a tank and the gas tank was empty. Of course this was not the location we requested, it was further away and less convenient.

THOMAS AThe U haul truck right side mirror was hanging in air. It was too risky for me to drive the truck with the faulty mirror. This is poor maintenance that nobody checked the mirror prior to giving the truck to me I rented a $7 dolly which was no good as it was not even rolling and making loud noise. I ended up purchasing a dolly from a nearby store I did the online checking and uploaded all my information prior to picking up the truck. Still I was asked the same questions again. I had a very poor experience and I was lucky that nothing happened to vehicle

JIMMY AStaff was rude and was trying to charge me $2,000 for a truck I dropped off the same day, they didn't check it in untill the following day proceeded to tell me I didn't drop the truck off and said I dropped it off at the wrong location than tried to tell me that I didn't drop off the key, very poor customer service, needs to be retrained at how to speak to people and do there jobs correctly so there no chance of "extra charges" for no reason

The evening shift was even better I return the truck about 10 mins after 7 as well as another guy and a another young women was there for help with an online reservation they unlocked the doors and let us in and help us all personal answered every question and wouldn’t let us leave until we were well taken care of ! True customer service here!

IRVING RThe gentlemen behind the counter we polite, informed and helpful. Your truck however was a PoS. Lights didn't turn off, even though they dial was repeatedly turned to the off position upon returning the truck. The radio controls do not work, the tow button on the differential handle is temperamental and the truck had no accelleration. Understanding trucks of this nature are not meant to have aggressive acceleration, any acceleration would have made the driving safer when entering crowded, fast-moving interstates. I was quite disappointed with the performance and condition of the truck, but overjoyed at the office's hospitality and professionalism.

When I asked if I could return the truck after the 4 pm time I had estimated when booking, he scoffed at me and said I couldn’t because it was rented after me. Ok… that’s fine - no need to scoff at me. How was I supposed to know it had been rented after me? It’s why I asked. Then tried to switch it up to nice, but dude, don’t need the attitude for no reason. Needed full names and phone numbers for multiple people in my life when no other Uhaul has ever asked me for this. Didn’t go over the paperwork with me or explain anything, as other locations have every time even if they recognized me from previous rentals. Didn’t have the dolly requested (seems to be a theme) and told me there was a dolly on the truck (there wasn’t). Every surface in the truck was sticky and smelled of weed. No one came out to greet me when I returned the truck, despite the signage saying wait in the truck. Lady inside eating didn’t want to explain a thing to me, and didn’t go check mileage and gas like every other location. I took pre and post photos of mileage and gas just in case they tried to screw me over (they didn’t luckily), but be on your guard. Bathroom soap wouldn’t clean my hands (watered down). Just overall icky experience, but at least the truck worked. Won’t be using again for future moves.

The Trenton location feels like it is in a unsafe area but the front desk representative was quick and got me out of the area safely. I originally was told to go to Ewing to pick up my vehicle. After waiting 15 minutes passed the time the location hours were supposed to be open according to the sign on the door. I went to another area where I saw an employee wearing a U-Haul shirt. When I asked him about needing to pick up my truck he said"I can't help you. I just work here." Might have been the worst statement of all time. I called the main number to find out that your hardworking employee was going to be an hour late to work on a Monday and I have to go to Trenton to get the U-haul. The van I got had terrible air conditioning and I personally thought the trucks were more up to date with cameras when I purchased. Overall left a sour tast in my mouth for the amount I paid for the truck.

Sean SThis location seems to try to rip customers off from their money adding on wrongful extra fees. This particular time. I received uhaul with close to "E" amount of gas. By the time I return actually gave more gas then original amount and mine gas level was very near 1/4 of Tank. I was charged $30.00 extra gas fee. I would refer nobody to go to this location. It's not an isolated situation occurring.
