Michael HI reserved a 5x8 trailer and half dozen moving blankets. The trailer was great but the associate was overwhelmed and busy and forgot the blankets and I was charged for them! I suggest management makes sure there are more than one associate at 6:30 pm on a Friday.

RANDY KThis was honestly the worst unit I have rented from you guys. The unit has ticking engine noises and the fuel mileage was sub 6mpg. This caused a significantly higher fuel bill than budgeted. I will not accept a unit in this condition for any of my future rentals.

COVIS LWhen people call to find out how much it's going to cost, you to need tell them full cost, We was told 475 then, let's get to the real cost of over 620 that to me is not how you should do business. Tell the truth.

TRACEY HI would suggest trying to make sure that website is accurate. I was promised a minivan; upon arrival, found that no minivans available but the VERY accommodating, pleasant rental car agent (didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) found a car that would work just as well, for same price. Appreciated her efforts and concern.

DON HI like this location and the staff are fantastic! The inside was clean and the lot is organized. The trailer I rented had ratchet straps that were pretty rusty and challenging to operate. I informed the employee when I returned the trailer, so hopefully he got it sorted before it went out again. Other than that I had a great experience.

KENNETH DClean the exterior of equipment when it returns. Rented a vehicle transport trailer, had dirt and ice on it. Otherwise the people we great to work with.

BREEANN HI was happy to see that I was upgraded to a 20’ truck for free considering that I ordered a 10’ truck originally. It turns out that the 10’ truck I reserved was extended by another customer soon before my scheduled pickup time. It wasn’t a hassle at all to be upgraded and made my move even easier! The gentleman at the desk in the store was kind and helpful when I went to pick up a lock I bought online for in-store pickup as well! The price for the lock was very fair and competitive. The only “critical” issue I ran into was that the U-Haul’s alignment was heavily off-center (about 45 degrees to the left). It wasn’t a big deal for me since I only drove 11 miles in total, but there’s no way that I would’ve been able to deal with that if I was moving to another state for example. I can’t blame that issue on U-Haul though since it was most likely a recent previous customer that hit a major pothole or something similar and unfortunately didn’t mention that being an issue once it was returned. It would be difficult to tell that the alignment was off when parking it in a lot the size of the small lot I picked up the U-Haul from considering the play in a steering wheel for a truck of this size, so I don’t blame employees whatsoever for not noticing the issue if they just re-parked it within the lot and didn’t go on a drive with it. The only minor issue with the truck was that the passenger-side door wouldn’t completely close flush with the body of the truck. The door still locked completely fine and wasn’t bringing the cold winter air in or anything, so it wasn’t a big deal at all to me. The door not being flush with the body was only noticeable if you were being extremely observant. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and I feel like I got a fantastic value. I noticed that the staff were being very friendly and helpful to other customers as well, so that was great to see! I will definitely do business with this location again in the future when the time comes!

And went less miles then what they said I would do so it's what ever think I'll use two brother next time might as well pay someone same price to do all the moving for me
Joshua HI was given a filthy cargo van. It smelled like animal poop and had not been cleaned. There was dirt all over in the back of it. It was full of flies. I was told they are t allowed to spray the back of thrm clean. It was very embarrassing taking it where I needed to take it in front of hundreds of people. Inasked for a different vehicle but they didn't have one and I only had 20 minutes to get where I needed to be. Very very disappointed.

Claire MIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. The first guy that I asked for help seemed too distracted to even be bothered to help me. Not a good impression, but I let it go. I went to walk inside, and the next guy was about to walk out the door. He sighed quite audibly and asked how he could help. I wanted to see if there was a storage unit on the lower level so I wouldn't have to carry all of my heavy stuff upstairs. He said he would take a look but that it would be easier to reserve one online. I told him I already reserved a unit online, but I didn't know it was upstairs. He sits down at the computer and seemed very confused. He asked for my ID so I gave it to him. He starts putting in all of my info. I told him that I already have a storage unit, I just need to try to switch it to a lower level one. He said he understood and continued. A few minutes later and screen comes up that tells him I already have a storage unit. I was losing my patience because it was obvious he wasn't even listening to me, and didn't care. I told him again, yes, I have a unit UPSTAIRS, but I wasn't to SWITCH IT to downstairs! His exact words were "Ooohhh... I didn't know that. Okay, let's look." What??!! He tells me there is a unit downstairs, and that he could get me the same rate. Perfect! Let's do it. He removed the upstairs unit, and starts to scroll through the other available units. He stops on one and said "This one should work." I looked at it and it was THE EXACT UNIT I JUST HAD!! I pointed that out to him, and he said "Oh yeah, I didn't see that it was upstairs." I'm so over dealing with him at this point, that I just about walked out and found a different place. He asked if he could see how much stuff I had so he could get me the right size unit. We went outside and he looked at my trailer and assured me the unit he selected would be perfect. I agreed and we went and finalized the paperwork. I went out and started unloading my stuff, putting it on the cart, she arrive at the unit. I was a little surprised at how low the door seemed to be, but I opened it. It was very small! I was concerned that it might not be big enough, but me being an idiot, I thought to myself that he said it would be so let's just see. Well, it was not in fact, but enough... but it took over 3 hours of trying to tetris my stuff in there, and I still want able to fit my kayak or bookshelf. By that point, I was so exhausted and completely burned out that I didn't even care anymore. I couldn't even fathom unloading all of my stuff and taking it to a new unit UPSTAIRS! I relented and left the book shelf, and just put my kayak in the back of my truck. I'm not driving around everywhere with a kayak, and I'm waiting for someone to steal it at this point. I have no way of securing it. Plus I'm out a book shelf because he told me the unit was the right size. To say I'm disgusted with this uhaul facility is a MASSIVE understatement!

When I moved out of the facility I was 4 days into a new month which I had prepaid for and was denied a refund of the Month. Not only did they not give me the refund but the clerk was not at all competent and just stood there shrugging when I asked why she wasn't giving me a refund. Upon speaking to the manager he was just rude and stated that I hadn't pre-paid. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul

Irene E | Overall ExperienceGuys there were great, however when I showed up with my reservation number they didn’t have the unit available. I asked joe that could happen and they explained it didn’t matter if I reserved it, there was nothing available. They gave me what was available which were two 5x8 units instead of the 10x16 which I had reserved, unforgivably the cost for that will be $108 a month at $55 a unit per month instead of $64 for the 10x16. I asked if they would honor the price quoted and they said no, I had to pay for both units. I found that frustrating since I reserved the unit I needed at the price I could afford. Fortunately the first month is free so I have found another cheaper company to move to. Although I now have to reload all of my stuff and move it...again. This should not have played out this way. When you do business with a company you expect them to deliver on what they agreed to. I am currently dealing with an almost double overcharge cost on my truck rental as well. Overall not happy with uhaul. The manager at the location is very pleasant, just can’t help.
