I pulled up in my rental truck with lots of questions after a long drive back home. Not only was the place welcoming with festive decorations made by the GM herself, it was also brand new! Micha and her trusted employee were super helpful in assisting my move go smoothly. Process was super easy and I feel good about leaving my belongings there.

It first went off as soon as I opened the door to the facility. It went off when I tried to access the loading dock to drive the U-Haul truck into the loading dock. So I could easily unload my property. It would go off while walking down to corridor to the unit I rented. Even though I could tolerate the alarm, for my wife who was helping me, the alarm was physically painful for her ears. I'm just going to chalk up the unfortunate experience to the fact that this is a new facility, and any bugs in the alarm system are being worked out still.
