How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Manager needs to learn how to treat customers. She had me inside of the office waiting for a long period of time while she answer phone calls other people questions in the line behind me, while completing my reservation. When I’ve explained to her nicely that I have people waiting to help me. The manager made an unpleasant comment and continue making me wait taking care of everything and everyone else. I’ve been doing business for years with U-Haul, i’ ve never experienced any manager rudeness. Very unprofessional and I’m hoping that she gets some People Training Skills. A customer questioned me by your place of business, should they rent from U-Haul due to how unprofessional and rude the managers behavior.
