The first one to the auburndale facility then I came to the Strong Street location at both places the staff was extremely helpful clearer concise and very nice the whole experience though could have been bad was very very good all the guys here at Stone Street even offered to help me with my things when I came I would definitely recommend this place to other people because it makes me feel comfortable being here and that's important

I only put it at a 5 star for the employees at this location. I honestly have only ever heard horror stories about rentals and how much extra they charge for cleaning fees, gas fees, mile fees, and not in a legitimate way. I only feel good about this interaction at this location and only because I video and audio recorded everything.

Made mistake and paid someone else's Bill they would not work with me took my storage or I had to pay 1000 and move out in less than 24 hours I'm old lady I can't do it I needed help .no hart just mean .go somewhere else please.

I have been trying to add my wife and daughter to the access list. The online and Android app will not add them after I fill out the form. No errors it just doesn't add them and my entries go blank. I tried calling support and keep getting rerouted to someone else. I tried online support just to be timed out when I'm answering their questions.

I purchased the optional insurance. Since this is my first storage rental experience, the option to purchase the insurance provided a piece of mind.

Everything went well and I was pleased overall with the whole process. The only thing that was problematic was regarding my online request to add a dolly to the rental cost, which I really needed for this moving project. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told they did "not have dolly's at this location." I wish there would have been someway to inform of this prior to the time I reserved the truck. I was not charged for the dolly, which was good, but I really did need that piece of equipment.

I'm very satisfied with the facility and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have not left completely. I had two units rented while moving after selling my house. I was finally able to condense everything enough to fit in one unit, so I still have that unit and will likely keep it for some time.

Highly recommend this location! Mariah, believe is the manager and she goes over and beyond to help you get what you need on the day you need it. She is very polite and just all around wonderful lady to do business with. Her staff is pretty awesome also! You all are the best and thank you for all your help.

Ms. Walker (the manager) is amazing! I experienced quite a few setbacks with my move and Ms.Walker helped me more than she knows. I would definitely use the “Stonestreet” location again. I tried to rent a truck but my contract was rejected because of a charge that was not mine. Your company refused to honor my reservation because of a charge from 2020 that my daughter had. The rental in 2020 had nothing to do with, yet your company insisted that I pay the charge before I could rent. That is ridiculous. That being said, I WILL NEVER RENT A TRUCK FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I am definitely going to tell as many people that will listen about the experience of trying to rent a truck. Your company needs to look into that policy.

My experience with U-Haul was amazing! The staff was great! I suggest U-haul (stonestreet location) comes up with a designated parking location for the U-Haul’s that are left on sight so they aren’t in the same aisle as the storage units. It made it harder to pull in & out of the facility, other than that this was the best storage experience.

I reserved after hours and was told to download the app. The app didn’t work. Called uhaul and was on hold for one hour plus and never spoke to a Louisville agent. Once the Nashville agent was FINALLY able to help, got in the truck (without the utility dolly i paid for) only to find the sude mirror would not stay in place. I couldn’t see to merge with traffic. Was charged a past hour fee even though Nashville agrnt said she would extend it because we couldn’t get the keys. Terrible experience. Period. .

We ordered a dolly with our truck rental. Our truck didn't have one and they assumed someone took it. That wasn't of help and made moving large items like the washer dryer more difficult. I feel that they should have made sure the dolly was in it and locked so no one else could take it. I ordered on line a few days in advance. Everything else was fine.

Have an accurate account of your inventory of utility dolly's online when someone reserves one so that they don't have to use a much heavier appliance dolly when moving rather than no hand truck at all.

U-Haul app doesn't work right for my profile. Had to use Website instead. Would not accept my bank card. Had to use Credit Card instead. Someone else was in the storage unit I rented. They refused to give me a larger unit for the smaller unit price. There were no other smaller climate controlled units available. Had to settle for the same size Not Climate Controlled. Lock was not inside the unit as it should've been. They did offer an extra month rent free. Small consolation. Overall, a relatively unpleasant experience.

Made sure dirt and broken glass was cleaned up from previous truck rental person before me, I had to clean the glass all up, and the brownish/ red? Dry mud/dirt? Got all over my furniture before I noticed the dirty mud/? Plus ignition switch key, you had to literally pull it out a little bit to get the ignition switch to turn the uhaul engine on, Lady explained that issue before I drove off though, just didn’t realize what a problem it would be.Ladies in office were very polite and helpful, but lady that was there when I returned the truck, didn’t really care about the issue with the truck having dirt/dried mud, and broken glass in the rental truck I had to clean up.
