Broken door did not allow the 24-7 access I needed. Many times found the door propped open during business hours allowing anyone access to inside storage units. Facility was not secure nor did it provide the access I paid for. Door was broken for months… I won’t use this facility again. Employees were very nice and tried to make the best of a bad situation. Owners needed to step up and find a solution rather than wait for the least expensive option.

My storage unit was broke into,I should of got the insurance but it looked secure, anyway the office staff act like it was no pick deal 12 u haul boxes with china,pictures keep sakes collectables two tables a 60 inch tv anyway I know if I had insurance your company would have investigated more. No one had the two keys but me. I took my stuff out on the 21st of this month. Talked to a very nice man said he would take care of it and I would not be charged anymore. On May 22 got email card was declined for payment, really. I called talked to someone and it was resolved within 15 minutes.
