Have available or maintain the cables that connect the trailers to the vehicle, or serviceable. I know that this cable can break, but Locky, for me, another client was returning some equipment, if not, I would have been waiting until they could get one for me.
JOEL VI went to Lawton to look at a cushman, and purchased it. I rented a trailer to haul it back to Weatherford. I could not drop the trailer in Weatherford , I had to return the trailer to the place I rented it. That made me drive an extra 170 miles.

Zaida HOut of four drive in bays, only one is usable due to renter damage to three bay doors. When I arrived to unload into my nearby storage unit, the remaining bay had an unattended, empty truck parked in the bay, blocking anyone else from using the one usable bay. I had to unload my vehicle outside the building and dolly everything to my unit the long route. The truck was still there an hour later. Renters need to be reminded that the bays are for loading and unloading only, not for leaving your vehicle parked and unattended forever.
Dean K | First ImpressionsI rented a trailer twice in the last month my rental experience at this U-Haul was awesome couldn't ask for better (however) this last visit I experienced overhearing your manager on duty her name I believe is Sarenah? was on a personal phone call on the lot Under The Canopy where you return your vehicles she was in argument with whomever on the phone the vulgarity out of her mouth and I'm referring to the F word and other words as well you would think she was in a fighting mode if this other person on the phone would have been present in my eyes as a customer and an individual 65 years of age that kind of language is unacceptable at any cost at any time if she is on duty and she is a manager which has nothing to do with it her vulgarity when a customer can overhear her on the lot is totally out of line I did bring it up to the gentleman who rented me the trailer I brought it up again when I returned the trailer and that is the only complaint I have at your facility I have no problems with the rental I have no problems with your employees except for the manager on duty when I rented this last trailer on May 3rd at 12:48 p.m. that was disrespectful because there were other customers on the lot I heard her when I drove up to rent the trailer I heard her again when I drove up to return the trailer I'm sorry but that is totally unacceptable that is my only complaint her conversation on the phone was lengthy and disrespectful to surrounding customers in and out of your facility and on your lot I can't stress enough how you cannot use that kind of language when you are on duty in any professional atmosphere doesn't matter who you work for it's inexcusable

I still can’t get a proper receipt to use to file my claim with the army to get re-imbursement. Definitely won’t use that service next time.
Regina S | Overall Experiencethe delivery and pick up is so bad. i had a bd experience when i was supposed to receive the boxes for loading, the uboxes did not arrive on the scheduled time, the costumer service hang up the phone on me when i was asi g for updates on the uboxes becuse it was late. during the pick up of the empty boxes i have to call again for the pick up time because they are late again and then they took the boxes without even calling or informing the costumer.
May aBrick and mortar sites should use same rates as uhaul website. It was $50 less through the website..
Kenneth HStore seems to be under staffed but the ones there are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The store is neat but could use a professional cleaning crew. There are layers of dust/ cobwebs up high.

WENDY SI had a tire blow about 100 miles into my trip. The road side assistance changed 3 out of 4 tires. My biggest issue with the trailer was that the tail lights did not work.

MARK LI must say. The people working at this location in Lawton are outstanding. I rate their professionalism, competency as outstanding. The location is clean, very well managed and very inviting.

DANIEL CCheck out should be easier. Had trouble with app for check out. Finish check and had a message this morning that the auto transport was not checked in. When got to haul location there was 3 people trying check their items in. All having trouble with checking in items.
LEONARD CI liked the promotion offer where you can turn in your trailer and get a first month off for storage unit. It made the transition when moving to a new state super convenient. In addition, I might’ve found checking in and out annoying but the one time I didn’t check in, the alarm went off when I opened my storage unit. Glad to know my stuff is really secured when I’m not there. The U-haul app was very easy to manage as well. It made moving out super easy as well. Would definitely recommend!

DANIEL MEach month I paid for my storage with another individual splitting the bill a specific way. After about 3 months they saved my card on file for auto payment without my authorization. I called twice and asked them to remove auto pay as I did not request this and they agreed however never took the card off file. I traveled to town as soon as I could to get rid of my stuff in storage so I no longer had to foot the bill.

I cleaned old unit and returned to office 15 min and let Malaysia know I was checked out but then I get a call twice in a row from Malaysia on 11/12 with confusion on if I checked out of the unit and it had me worried my stuff would be removed. So I come today 11/13 only to be unable to gain access and have to go into the office.

Ran into a few issues through the process of unloading my goods into the storage unit, to include getting stranded there because my motorcycle wouldn't start. One of your staff members Jonathan went above and beyond helping me out. First he and the staff donated some ice cold water to my family and I as we were unloading the truck, then he helped me unload my motorcycle, helped me through the heavy crate away, and then spent about an hour helping me get my bike started. Exceptional team member you have there.

Though I did not lose anything they did not want to move me into another building for fear of bringing a smoke smell to other units. I was being kicked out even though I had nothing to do with the fire. I will never go back to public storage. They are expensive and will have no issues telling you to find a new place when you are close to losing everything. I came to u haul because I have to be out by June 15th in order to not pay for the month of June in my old unit. When I came in the staff was amazing and helped me get a unit quickly. Also the rent is much cheaper than what I was paying in the past. I’m excited to move in and leave my other unit behind. Thank you so much for the help today! I’m happy that I have some where to go! You all are amazing!

Now I’m afraid after receiving this review request expeditiously. Typically, unscrupulous individuals do this sort of thing to avoid derogatory remarks that most certainly will come later (break-ins??). For now, I can only say my check-in experience was excellent, as well as the appearance of the facility. In defense of my derogatory remarks; we did look at numerous other establishments in the area, and with many others we could see visible damage to doors from break-ins. Here, we saw no such evidence; but the facility appears to be brand new… could that be the reason?? Well, time will tell. The non-damage to doors and locks was the deciding factor in our choosing this establishment! And the check-in experience was simply amazing.
