How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was Excellent! The staff was Outstanding.. They were always there when I needed assistance and also went over and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. There monitoring of the storage facility was Excellent. Thank you very much!
PHYLLIS F | Overall ExperienceI have done a lot of checking and found them to be a very safe and beyond the best place to store stuff They are great people.
KAREN B | First ImpressionsThe primary problem was the restroom facility was out of operation. The majority of time that my wife and I were there probably close to a year I would say. Occasionally clutter would build up in the lobby I assume from people that just kind of dumped stuff there that did eventually get cleaned up. Otherwise, it was OK.
George C | Overall ExperienceVery nice facility. The move in process was quick and easy. The unloading area was great. We pulled the rental truck inside and unloaded in the air conditioning and there were free carts in the loading dock area for us to use to load up the storage locker.
Daniel E | First ImpressionsOverall excellent experience
DEB B | Overall ExperienceVery helpful and friendly!
Lori R | First ImpressionsU have 3 young men who works for u I didn't catch their names. They helped us load washer/dryer on their lunch break. I believe they were Spanish. Ave height very polite. We was so thankful since my husband and myself has had back operations couldn't help our grandson in law lift them. Hard find good help these 3 young men are ones to keep give a raise to. We did top them for their help. I hope they don't get into trouble for being so kind to help. Very thankful for their kindness
daisy f | Overall ExperienceI canceled it. I didn't need it after all so I never went to it. I was or am upset with the charges applied to my account. After all was said and done.
HELEN S | Overall ExperienceWas not informed of any other options
