Thank you for giving me the space I requested near the front of the entrance; it made my experience moving things in and out much easier on me! The staff were always professional and friendly. The facility itself was well maintained, clean, and air conditioned. I have used this U-Haul storage twice now and will again in the future should it become necessary. Great job!

Kelly M | Overall ExperienceArming and disarming my storage unit was not programmed correctly so regardless of whether I used my code or swipe card, the alarm was always triggered when I opened my storage unit. Additionally, there was clear signs of water damage throughout the facility and a very strong odor in units surrounding mine- smelled like pet urine. Great staff who did great to get me the information I needed.
