I previously went to the Bozeman, MT 7th Ave location and they gave me incorrect information repeatedly. They said I could use a 10' truck for auto transport. I recommend this location for those in Bozeman area.

KENNETH SYou only gave me 1/4 tank of gas. That’s a little silly
LANCE FI was given a two-hour window from 11am-1pm. I took off for a long lunch and waited the entire two-hour window. At 1pm, I called U-Haul, and they contacted the driver, who said he would be there within an hour. In total, I ended up waiting 3 hours. If I had been given a call earlier in the day that the delivery window was being pushed back, I would have been able to adjust my time accordingly.
alan rHaving a fleet of in town only trucks is ridiculous. I had to rent a 26ft truck to get a one king sized bed frame from Bozeman to Helena
PATRICK CSydney the Manager is such a joy to deal with. She is very efficient and seems to do it all at the facility. Friendly and professional. Reservations, getting the equipment hooked up and the return of equipment is a snap!

Destiny BThey had me leave the key on the counter and then emailed me the receipt which was fine, but then they called me later on that afternoon and said that I needed to return the truck and trailer which I already had done. And told them they had already emailed me the receipt so it was a mistake on their end, but worried me I was not checked in properly. I’m going to be held responsible for a whole truck and trailer. I just think they were understaffed.

JORDAN HLocation in Montana got me set op quick made a 2k mile trip with no issues and a professional greeting and drop off in Pensacola.
ROBERT CI did not receive a dolly even though I paid for it.
JONATHAN SI only rented the trailer for 24-hours and was charged for 48-hours. I even confirmed with the guy when I dropped it off a day early than my Original reservation. Now I have to take the time to dispute the charge.

EDUARDO GMy reservation was moved an hour and a half, which caused us issues with our traveling plans. We flew in and got an Uber to pick up the truck with it getting moved, but not being there still it was frustrating. The lady who helped us made everything work, and she was great.

Bradley HThis is a new huge facility. The employees go out of their way to service the customers. They are knowledgeable, well trained, & courteous. You should give them a proper sales office as this facility has a lot of unused real estate.

MARK AThe pavement in front of our north facing unit is an icy lawsuit waiting to happen. There are no gutters above the unit which is at least one step that needs to be taken.

Lori V | First ImpressionsThis is probably my fault for not checking in when I arrived, but I assumed that since I did the self check in process online that I could go straight to my unit and start moving in. However, I did not know that there was a key pad where I needed to enter my code to shut the alarm off. So I accidentally set the alarm off when I opened my unit. The employee was friendly and understanding and showed me how to disarm and rearm the alarm for next time though! My biggest complaint is the lack of gutters on the units. The snow on the roof was melting and dripping down the day I planned on moving in. Everything I moved in got wet, I got wet, the floor was wet and slippery. The water was even splashing off the ground and into the entrance of the unit. I laid down a tarp and towels to reduce the water in the unit and was drying off boxes and shelves as I went, but it became too much of a hassle so I called it quits shortly after starting. This meant I had to spend a second day moving into the unit instead of just the one. Gutters would have solved this problem and made my move in experience much better. Even though the units are raised a bit off the ground, I am now worried that melting snow and/or rain will leak under the door and into my unit, especially with the weather here in Montana. I hope this problem will be resolved and gutters will be installed. I didn't catch either of their names but both the man and woman that were working on my two move in days (March 21 and 22) were fantastic. Five stars for them!

I can't stress enough how amazing this experience was. So friendly and accommodating I wish every u-haul had management and staff like this one!!
