How U-Haul Reviews WorkBut sometimes the attendants are literally standing, shaking their heads rather than intervening and redirecting the situation. It’s basic customer service. Be friendly and courteous and tolerable. 90% of the time this happens. But this one day I slowly drove and you can’t see around that corner and I stopped correctly and the employer just stared at me in a condescending way. Like, sure, had a long day, I get it. But you’re on the clock and people drive the wrong way, there’s probably a way to have prevented the situation that isn’t to be put on the customer. I understand there are idiots behind the wheel, the look the young man gave me some months ago still sits with me. Maybe they aren’t even there anymore. But regardless, y’all asked so thought maybe management would like to know. But maybe it’s the management? I think it all reflects on managers, so, my opinion, your managers need the training and reprimand.
ADAM W | Overall ExperienceAmazing costumer service! Would 1000% recommend this location over any other one I've been to!
Alana N | First ImpressionsI love this location the manager was super great and sweet!
Alana N | Online Move InGreat experience - we even had a tire on the trailer blow out when we were in the middle of nowhere and U-Haul was quick to respond AND help get our tire changed in less than an hour. 10/10 experience!
Eli T | First ImpressionsMy interstate move ended up being a wonderful experience, despite all the natural stresses that comes with it, Uhaul made it very convenient by offering a monthly storage for my needs. I was not quite ready for the space at the apartment complex, signing up for a storage unit online was super easy and hassle-free! Having kept my belongings at the Uhaul storage at Huffine location in Bozeman, MT made it very easy to access. The move out process was extremely easy and convincing too once the apartment complex approved for a garage unit. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location, staff are very polite, respectful, helpful, and efficient!
Van B | Overall ExperienceThe manager of the location is wonderful! She deserves a raise. The overall manager is NOT a nice person. Harassing phone calls, and all around rude behavior.
Rachel D | Overall ExperienceVery impressed with how quickly and easily accessible the unit was.
