Vehicle was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Although, when I was on my trip, the doors of the cab seemed to not completely close on the driver and passenger sides. I mentioned this to the rental center and they took note. They thought that it was due to the pressure in the cab. They were helpful

David BA bit of a mix up with what was available. they marked the fuel at 1/4 tank. it was slightly below that. i did not have time to fight this. it took over 20 minutes to get the vehicle which i completed all the documents on my mobile phone. I returned the truck with the same fuel and was charged $40 for 2 gallons. not happy about that. i don't have time to mess with you people to fight it.

Doug HThe only problem was that you had to really slam the drivers side door or it would not close all the way and when I went to start the truck after we got it packed up and the first 2 times I tried to start it, it would not start but when I turned it the 3rd time it started. I just thought you guys might want to know just in case you need to take a look at it. It totally slipped my mind yesterday a when I brought it back to drop it off.

Victor EI used my cash app card the first day to rent the u-haul needed the truck one more day and the girl said she couldn't run my card that it wouldn't work, so I drove to the business and gave her my card she said it wouldn't work because it was debit card, I said you seriously used this card yesterday and there were absolutely no problem she then proceeded to tell me it's because it wasn't a credit card but we take cash so I pulled the money out at a ATM and gave it to her, then today I took back the truck and magically the card that wouldn't go through yesterday went threw today to pay an extra 9 something for being 2miles over and we made sure the tank was filled a little more than what it should have been

Sandy OThis location was really easy to drop off a trailer. Not tje location I originally picked to srop off at and far out of my way. Not there fault. Uhaul online reservations suggested I drop off at an alternate location from my first choice and I would get a discount. Turns out that location wasntwven a uhaul dealer anymore so I jad to drive an additional 45 minitea from home to return trailer wasting gas and wear and tear in my vehicle. The Uhaul online registration needs a whole lot of improvement for booking one way rentals. I recommend calling a location to book. Don't waste your time doing it online. You will have nothing but problems. I will be emailing them to try and get some kind of compensation!
Diane MMy appointment was at 12 o’clock, I arrived there at 11:45, I was told that the person that was going to install the hitch would not be there until noon. I asked him again how long it was going to take for the hitch to be installed I was told an hour to an hour and a half this would be that my hitch would be finished by 1:30 at the latest. I waited for a phone call never received a phone call. I finally drove to the location with my daughter at 2:30 and was told that the car was finished about 30 minutes ago. They used to excuse that they were short staffed , I was not informed that the hitch did not come with a ball. This was not explained to me. I also was told that I was going to get a rental of a U-Haul that was going to be included at some further date. So unfortunately, there was a lot of misinformation that was given to me at the time that I booked this appointment I was extremely disappointed that I was given the wrong time for my car to be finished. I was extremely disappointed that I had to drive there in person to find out that my car was finished and was extremely disappointed over the fact that I did not get any type of instruction, nor any type of how to use the hitch or what size ball I may need for a trailer

David RThe install itself was done correctly and no complaints about that. However the rear door handle was damaged and couldn’t open and it cost me two doors because we had to pry it open and it broke/damaged the door. Damages of $500 just for the doors. The U-Haul worker confirmed it got jammed and recommended a locksmith but the locksmith said we would have to pry them open and replace them. I’m just not happy about that part because the door handles were fine before bringing it to you guys. 😔

Kathleen MIt was easy to reserve but when we got our truck I put I needed an appliance dolly which was not there so I had to go back to pick it up which went into my mileage that I said I was going to use. I was 4 miles over and had to pay extra. Had I not had to come back to yhe store to pick it up I would have been under my milage. I feel an associate should be present at the truck and go over that we have all the equipment that we asked for as part of customer service.

I had pay $100 for the dumpster cause I couldn’t put my stuff in my car cause of the mouse droppings. All I got from the person in the office was sorry. Well sorry doesn’t replace the items I had to throw away! Very gross to open my unit and see mouse droppings all over my stuff. It was gross.

The high ceiling 10'x10' unit was able to hold everything we had packed in a 20" u-haul truck.

We did not like the long walk from the entrance door to our assigned unit, the fact that the long hallways and many turns are inconvenient for moving things like large pieces of furniture and mattresses. What we disliked most was that the floors are not completely smooth and the surfaces change, so items placed on the wonderful carts have a tendency to vibrate and fall off of the carts. Also, we would suggests that the fire extinguishers be relocated so that they do not stick out into the already narrow hallways, as they create another obstacle to avoid over the course of the long walk. They should be recessed into the wall. Overall, we had a good experience and the staff at the facility were wonderful to deal with!

It began with being told I don't have a reservation (despite my email confirmation and would have been found had the counter clerk not been so focused on his cellphone). Then when we were shown the sample unit, he was very rushed and when we asked multiple times if there was a larger unit available. He kept saying, I don't know what is available rather than just looking it up without us asking multiple times. Doesn't explain to me until after the fact that my bank card can't be used for recurring payments. When I asked about the lease agreement, he said it's all good I signed electronically (never explained to me what I was signing). I asked him if that meant I was getting a copy in my email to which he said no, they have it on file. I asked for a copy which clearly was annoying to this clerk. Then when it was printed, he yelled "Hey" to me rather than bringing it to me or calling me by name. Getting him to show us the unit was like pulling teeth, which in the end he only showed us the building and we had to wander around looking for the unit. Never explained there would be a look inside. There was a gentleman trying to ask for assistance finding his unit, which again they were not helpful to him either. That gentleman ending up setting off alarms multiple times due to lack of help. Worst customer service experience. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Who yells hey to a customer??

When I arrived my quoted price was another $20.00 for a downstairs unit. We had to take an upstairs due to that change so my movers totally broke their backs going up the stairs with heavy stuff and one was my daughter. I'm very upset about price changes until there is no other option. Not ethical and the one large unit by itself would have worked.

The office lady left me a nasty voicemail accusing me of leaving a cart upstairs near my unit. Called back as she was still nasty as I was explaining it wasn't me. I don't appreciate being accused of something I didn't do. I was gonna speak to the manager about this but never did. I'll go somewhere else for my storage needs next time.

The actual storage unit worked well. I did have issues moving out - there was only one employee working the counter, and when I left him with my access card, he didn’t actually close my account. I got notification of incoming billing and had to call to close the account. This storage facility worked, but I’ll avoid U-Haul due to service failures at every other step in my moving experience.
