Wonderful experience getting hitch installed for bike rack. Initial install felt wobbly and called store to ask about options. I was invited to come back the next day to trouble shoot the issue. The man that did the initial install consistently communicated a desire to get the hitch work and to be sure I was happy with the result. 5 star customer service is rare these days, so very happy to share a 5 star review!

The Uhaul company in Worcester gave me the wrong truck, which was an issue to change to the correct truck. The truck's transmission was slipping, struggled to change gears.

Desk personal was friendly and efficient, trailer had a marker light that wasn't correct for trailer but it worked. Trailer had some gate damage and some of the pressed steel on the ramp was broken but still functioned fine. Pins that hold the gate closed should be replaced as they are worn and bent, still functional but appear to be nearing the end of service.

Renting from here is great but the vehicle needed to be retired a long time ago. The steering wheel is practically down to metal from use, the right front tire was low on air pressure from the minute I got it and the engine seemed to struggle at times.

Staff should show you how the truck functions. I had to spend a fair amount of time figuring everything out. Also, you’re supposed to take a picture of the roof but it’s not possible to get that high up.

Look I didn't like something. I got truck with 35 gasoline I returned with 73 gasoline. I delivered store faces still charged me $ 95 from my card I found it a theft if I returned to but I didn't have to charge anything. I want my repayment to return from $ 95.

The general manager Adrian and another employee were super kind when I needed to clear out my unit. They helped inspect everything I left for donations. Uhauls team led by the GM Adrien was exceptional. I certainly wasn't the easiest customer to deal with yet I was always made to feel as tho my business was valued and my needs were valid. The women who works in storage is awesome- so friendly!! The facility is well lit, clean and secure . I felt safe at all hours I accessed my unit. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Easy loading and unloading areas made moving in a breeze. I recommend this location to anyone with moving or storage needs. Thank you to the entire uhaul team.

Adrian is very nice and was so very helpful. I have nothing but the best highest praise for how I was treated in checking in and out of my storage unit. I am a long time customer of this particular U-Haul location as it is the first place that I stopped by after rolling and steering a big wheeler U-Haul diesel thousands of miles all by myself all the way from the sunny 😎 Auburn, Alabama straight into the glorious golden and red Autumn leaves turning in the New England winds in 1999.. Feeling nostalgic and a bit poetic, yeah. Well, I am a poet and English teacher from Auburn University who had grown used to wearing boots and sweaters just for show and snow snow snow had to grow on me, but Adrian has a warmth about him and a kindness that lasts a long while. His kindness and generosity won't steer any future customers away. I highly recommend this place and Adrian.❤️

The staff was great! The place was really clean. The only problem I had was that the rent kept going up, and up, and up , and up again. I understand with inflation life gets more expensive. But I had the same room for all my stuff and nothing changed but the price. So yeah keep a consistent price like. I should be paying the same amount a money the day I start paying and the day I stop paying should be the same price. Work on that!

I needed a truck rental for September 31, 2023 and a self storage space for a short period of time. I discussed the above requests with the U Haul staff in Shrewsbury street. What made an impression was that the staff in general were very indifferent to my requests, with the exception of an employee named Adrian. Adrian's approach was very human and his maximum predisposition for finding a solution. Adriani found a solution for me in the multitude of requests.

"24hr access" is a loaded statement. You can't open the roll up doors until 7am. The rodent problem in that building needs attention. I had clothing chewed up and feces in boxes. I was a 9yr tenant there and couldn't wait to GET OUT.

I arrived at the storage unit after moving all day (using uhaul truck). The facility was not accessible, all doors said "out of service". After waiting 2 hours and speaking to other managers, it was determined that the facility would not open. I never received a call back from the manager and had no option but to leave the rented truck (now 2 hours late for drop off) with all of my belongings inside. My boyfriend had to take time out of his work day the next morning to go into uhaul when they first opened. At that time there still wasn't anybody to help with the facility and I was being charged an extra day. (Thank you to the nice girl who noted our account of the several failed contacts and had the fees waived). I never got a call back and has to go back and unload the truck at 630pm the next day with no help (movers helped the prior day)

Over all Since I got my uhaul has been a inconvenience for my move to Mass from Maryland everything started to come together once I met Nicole and Gandy at the uhaul office in Salisbury MD then the drive was shifty because something was wrong with the steering wheel and the front end sub. OverAll my experience was horrible but I am patient when it comes to customer service and The uhaul office in Worcester MA went above and beyond for me and I great whole heartedly appreciate it.

The MOST INCONVENIENT thing about this storage facility is NO ELEVATOR in the entire building! My unit is on the second floor, so everything had to be carried up stairs. Which, of course, means it will all have to be cartied back down stairs when it's moved out. The loading dock door closest to my unit cannot be opened (no entry code pad outside and no opener buttons inside).

It was great until I went back to my unit to find the key had been tampered with and the door had apparently been altered so that I couldn’t lock it once I opened it. I needed up leaving for that reason.

The Belmont Street, Worcester site has consistently refused to serve me. I am disabled and walk with a cane, and I had to rely on my husband to reserve a large unit for our temporary storage purposes. When we visited this week to close out the unit, we were refused an inspection of the unit and a receipt for the closeout even though the home said we could have these, and even though we were paid up. There were no other customers in the store or on site when we were there, and there were two employees on the clock and available who were not busy - one was simply organizing a stack of boxes. But both refused - repeatedly - to walk across the street to our unit with us to inspect the unit so that we could remove our lock without worry of unauthorized use. We also were refused a receipt for closeout, and told we had to return in 4 hours when the storage facility clerk would be in. This site was great on customer service for years, but this year, the service under new management has been extremely poor. I have observed that customers who complain or speak up at the site are yelled at and refused service by the clerks. There is no excuse.

The store representative was amazingly helpful and pulled the reservation and secure a van for me. then we was very helpful with the storage unit information. Great place! I always had safe, secure access to my unit, it was well lit and the floors were always clean .The unit was secure, dry and Felix was always helpful from the beginning to the last day!

I had difficulty about my card I was not explain a lot about the credit card. They didn’t check the truck in the back before because the first truck had a very bad odor 2 truck didn’t have equipment.

Staff was ok, facility was ok. Units have no lighting inside and limited larger units. I tried to upgrade my unit but staff seemed bothered. I moved to CubeSmart = overall better space and price

Hours are only convenient if you have 24 hr access. Which I was told numerous different things about that access... also paid on 5/26 as pymt was due..moved out 6/8.. no money back - complete rip off
