Marlon M. | Online Move InI arrived at the storage unit after moving all day (using uhaul truck). The facility was not accessible, all doors said "out of service". After waiting 2 hours and speaking to other managers, it was determined that the facility would not open. I never received a call back from the manager and had no option but to leave the rented truck (now 2 hours late for drop off) with all of my belongings inside. My boyfriend had to take time out of his work day the next morning to go into uhaul when they first opened. At that time there still wasn't anybody to help with the facility and I was being charged an extra day. (Thank you to the nice girl who noted our account of the several failed contacts and had the fees waived). I never got a call back and has to go back and unload the truck at 630pm the next day with no help (movers helped the prior day)
