RILEY AReally nice building. We’ve used storage units at different times over the years, but the Zanesville U-Haul facility, is hands down, the nicest. The building is clean and secure. They provide wheeled carts for moving everything to your unit. The gentleman at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this u-haul storage to others.

EVERETT MMy truck rental was the biggest problem! Very unsafe. I’m not sure how you all check the trucks after a rental but I tell you someone did not check the truck I had! I’m very thankful it held up for 450 miles. Maybe the day early that I turned it it you can use the rental money to make it safe for the renter. Very disappointed!
Larry H | First ImpressionsThings that should be checked out before renting this truck back out on the road someone needs to check the front end of this truck out. The Front right wheel bearing is showing grease on the hub. Had I been able to get the truck to 60 miles before loaded I would have returned it. Very unsafe but we made it to OHIO and I have told the guy at this location this needs fixed. Showed him the window. One last thing the inside part over the cab is leaking and some of my Aunts pictures was wet. Very unconfortable 450 mile ride home to say the least. THIS TRUCK NEEDS CHECKED OUT. VERY UNSAFE TO RENT AND DRIVE.

TOBY FTruck has an exhaust leak. Exhaust fumes in cab. Had to drive with window down. Staff at Zanesville location was very professional and curtious.

APRIL CThe unit I used had some room for improvement. The steering felt a bit too soft, and there was a minor antifreeze leak. Additionally, the driver's side door didn't seal completely in one corner, which resulted in noticeable road and wind noise.

ANTHONY GThey were in the process of getting ready to move to a new location. The location could be difficulet to get into off the street if someone parked in the driveway. It was a little tight maneuvering in the back to get out of the rear parking lot back on to the street. Hopefully the new location is better to drive through.
