JAMES MThe cup holder in the truck was unattached and came off as I'm driving down the road spilling a full soda all over the place on the first day of a 3000 plus journey. And it's a huge cavernous space under that. So sticky floors and seats.

Allan RThe 6x12 trailer we rented at first didnt have the tail lights working when we connected it to our Silverado. They kind of assumed our truck wiring was bad, until the older guy came out with a tester for the current, which showed it was fine. They had us buy an adapter (which was fully refunded) to try the other outlet on the truck which also did not get the trailer lights working - but it could have been prevented right away if they just gave us another 6x12, which they eventually did. This cost about 1/2 hour of monkeying around when that should be the first solution. Give us a new trailer and check the faulty 6x12 when we are gone. Otherwise, pleasant experience. If trailer lights had worked would have been 5/5 stars!

Shannon DThe counter attendant was rude. When I asked which van it was that I'd be taking, she told me "there's only one out there." There was snow overnight and I had to personally clean off the van that I'd reserved vs. having it ready for me when I arrived. Both of these events caused me to feel as if my business with them was a burden. I won't be renting from this location in the future.

Donald BEmployees were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient in explaining everything. I do think that when advertising great prices for a rental you should emphasize how much it costs per mile on top if the rental price. I felt it was a bit much.

Daniel BMade my reservation online, showed up to pick up my truck and everything went super smooth. Truck was in excellent shape, ran well, and served it's purpose. My only suggestion/criticism would be to replace the rails in the trucks with metal ratchet strap rails. I had ratchet straps ready for my move, but could not use them due to the cheap wood rails in the truck. Other than that, a good experience with U-Haul.

Dennis DDoor spring mechanism was off or misadjusted. Really tough to open back roll up trailer door. Two weeks ago I tented same 6x12 traiker and there was a huge difference in open/ close operation. Metal cird ta assist in opening had no tension

Pamela SThe pickup truck I rented, although in great condition smelled disgustingly like the person who rented it before me was a heavy smoker and the vile disgusting odor was poorly covered up. There is nothing that smells worse than a vehicle someone smokes in and I WILL NEVER accept a rental that smells like that again. I had to let the truck sit for a half day with the windows down just to get the vile smell out. The staff were great, thorough and respectful, it was the truck the ruined my rental experience.
