Better inspection of your trailers and add a trailer jack wheel. If someone is having vehicle troubles they should be able to drop the trailer if need be. As with my trailer when I got to my house to load the tire was completely flat looks like the rim on the inside was bent not sure if that was a cause or not. Had the trailer 3/4 full and the door wouldn’t go down turns out the spring bar was stripped and broken then the back wood bar on the inside of the trailer the screws came out, turns out those screws are also stripped and when I was on the balcony I saw there was duct tape on top of the roof of the trailer. This isn’t my first Uhaul trailer but it is my last.

Doors needed to be closed with more force than is normal even for a truck in order to close completely. The cargo door was hard to lift open and pull closed. Only one location in a big city offering a one-way rental truck. Makes no sense to be called a one way truck and then for a long distance haul to not have cruise control. My foot went numb and ached holding down the gas pedal for hours. No power locks or windows and the in-cab lights overhead did not light up the cab when the door was opened, had to turn on manually once inside and make sure to turn off manually. A gentle ride? That would be questionable.I felt nearly every bump and pot hole in the road on this low mileage truck. Would I rent again for a long haul with U-haul? I’d at least check other companies first before making U-haul my choice. For local runs, U-haul with likely continue to be first choice.

The driver side tire was bad it had like oval tire. I went to Utah 5 hours driving the whole car was shaking jumping once I hit the freeway. Very disappointed . I stopped by St. George U-Haul it was closed Saturday 3 pm so nobody could help me , I drove back and forward like that

Dropped off at night. Was supposed to get a credit for using this location ended up being charged for all the extra mileage.

So if I rent the truck for 24 hours, yet return the truck 6 hours earlier and did an after hour drop off due to a busy schedule, then you end up charging me for it!? What’s the point of having late night drop off key drop!? Just saying!

There was no obvious signage for where to park a vehicle after hours. I just had to guess. But seamless other than that. This form makes me select an option for “were personnel helpful”, but it was after hours so there were no personnel

My daughter was picking me up and one of your lady employees did not ask her to move but started yelling at her in avery unprofessional manner. The man who check me in was very professional and helpful in getting me out.

Clara and her team are BEYOND AMAZING! The level of customer service at this location should be studied because in 2026 you do not get this level if service anymore! I was hesitant to use Uhaul from horror stories Ive heard but this experience made me a Uhaul family now!

I call that WOW service ! The whole team was fantastic . The girls at the counter friendly and helpful . The boys in the back when you turn it in the same . Worked in retail for 30 years so I know how hard it is to get everyone to buy in to great customer service , says a lot about whoever runs that location . Great job !!

The equipment was as clean as they could get it but it smelled so strongly of cigarettes, it was disgusting. My clothes smelled like cigarettes from sitting in the truck for ten minutes. The previous renter should be held responsible

The gentleman that helped me told me that he was already off the clock. And he was helping his co-worker because there so many customers. I really appreciate him spending his time to help me! Poor oversight, maintenance and attention to detail. This location allowed the release and use of a car transport that had the wrong rims mounted to the transport. This cause 2 major tire blow-outs at highway speeds. Equipment was very dirty and in need a power wash, but since it was a “one-way” rental, it was neglected.

There were several lights and error messages flashing on the dashboard. Sounded like truck transmission was stuck in a high gear. Hopefully, it will be repaired before you put someone else out in it on the road.I only drove locally. So, got it back to the yard in one piece.

What bothers me the most is I rent from you often and when I went to rent again I was on your do not rent list by accident I was embarrassed in front of the customers I had to call theb800 number to be removed and told it was a accident then you guys had no connections to plug into my trailer so I had to borrow a truck to use this time around wasnt a good experience but I live the location the employees was helpful

This experience was extremely frustrating. We originally had a pick up location 1700 Industrial Self Storage 1603 Industrial Rd Las Vegas, NV 89102. They called and verified a few days before when we went to get the trailer we circled around this location and then finally call them. They informed us that they did not have a reservation for us and that we had to go to a different location which was across town. What we don't understand is if you called and verified that it would be there and then the day that we're supposed to pick it up, it's not there and you send us to a different location.

Technicians were great, loved the positive attitudes so early in the morning, equally accommodating when I returned the AT. This was the second time I visited this location in a few years, but I really enjoyed the candor and upbeat personalities. If ever in need again, this will be my first consideration even though it is not the closest to my dwelling. Really appreciated the front office and the load technicians. Stay awesome!!!

You advertise mobile pick up. Truck share available 24/7. When I reserved a van there was no mention that I could not use mobile pick up. I wasted a lot of time trying to go thru the mobile process and when it said under review but never went passed that step I had to go inside. Then after waiting in line to be told we don't have mobile pick ups for our vans. Unbelievable. It is actually advertised on the side of the van. Will no longer be renting from this Uhaul.

One of the people made a rude comment about how something was hooked up on the trailer. They called me a dumbass! And the other guy proceeded to tell me I was at the wrong drop off location even though I was right where my receipt said to drop off. I am very pissed over this experience

The communication at Uhaul is a the worst ever. I am never using Uhaul again. How many times I’ve had to call and find that you guys couldn’t help me because you didn’t know what you need to do
