ERICK GI had a good experience at this location. My son left his expensive cellphone earbuds in the truck the night we returned the truck. We came back for it the next morning. The cleaner was called and looked for it, thank God he found it.

ERICK GIt was relatively easy to pick up our reserved van and return it. The van was very clean and was new equipment. Location was so convenient! The only downside is they don’t have enough available parking for clients to leave their cars after they pick up the rental vehicle. You have to park on the side streets which is ok but leaves wondering if your vehicle will be okay when you return.

JOSEPH RLeft my bag with my glasses in truck went back next they they said they throw it away . Terrible customer service lost, and fun department doesn't work there. Next day I left my keys in there no one calls and reported. No one ever answered phone to store.
KAMRAN RNot much to improve on. TBH the whole experience was quick, and easy. The front desk person was kind and friendly. The guy that helped me hook up the trailer was very helpful, I needed assistance in picking the correct adapter for my light harness, and the guy who received the trailer for drop off was very helpful. I give this place 10 out of 10! Thank you for the service and products. I'll be back soon.
SEAN CThe gas sheet said 3/4 of a tank but there was only half a tank. The truck they gave me to drive 2000 miles across country had almost 250,000 miles on it and was beat and damaged so it broke down on me twice.

RICHARD AEveryone that I encountered were friendly and helpful. They gave assistance with understanding. I did the pick up on my phone as I have done many times before. However this time I did have complications with retrieving my key. The box was jammed mad uploading photos. This ate into my rental time a bit. Which Was not awesome. Rental begins at reservation time not the time you finally get all the way checked

Dennis SThe cat transporter had problems. One of the straps was more than half way torn. We had to stop every 100 miles between Las Vegas and Ogden Utah to put it back on. Very unhappy with this. It took us more time to get to Utah so we could not unload the trailer when we arrived.

LUIS QI have rented a zillion times , from all over the country since 1984 , this agent who gave me the trailer said he had no small open trailers w ramp that falls down available and refered me to another store , i was forced to take a closed trailer that i did not want as i was pressed for time , but going back to pick up , i asked the guy who hitches it that all at least 20 open trailers in the back were reserved --- he said no and called his manager of me wanting the open trailer-- manager oked it and he went above and beyond for coustomer service ---hope he gets rewarded for his extraordinary exemplary service
