ERIC SNotify The Customer When A Certain Truck Doesn’t Come With A Ramp
ANDREW BI’ve rented vehicles two times in slightly more than a week. The first time the dolly I reserved move my apartment was “unavaible” and the second time the van I reserved 5 days ahead of time was not there. The vehicle I was given had some strange engine noises and the tire pressure light would not go off. What is the point of making a reservation if uhaul does not honor the reservations.
JOSHUA JThe check engine light was on and the windshield was cracked. There was also trash behind the seat that we didn’t notice until we dropped it off. But, the customer service was excellent! Everyone we spoke to, from reservation to roadside assistance to changing the drop off location was friendly, courteous and professional. Will definitely rent from U-Haul again.

CHARLES EIt’s supposed to be a drive up facility and I was told by the woman at the office that “no, we cannot move our trucks. You see how packed it is. Driving up means you can park in our parking lot.” I couldn’t even access the unit itself because a truck was blocking it. This was probably 90% of the time. Luckily, one of the guys that worked there said they would move it. Do not let them give you an end unit. Ask for one in the middle where the chances of it being blocked are slimmer

DANIKA WThe cargo area door on the truck was very difficult to open. Also, the gas needle looked like it was at full but when I went to turn it in i had to put about 20 dollars in. The needle might not be showing accurate numbers
COREY JWhen doing mobile pick up, the code did not work at the lockbox to pick up our key. When we asked an employee she said the code we had was for a different lockbox and had to give us a different code. When we got the truck to our location, we opened the back and it did not have a single piece of moving equipment that we had ordered. So we had to drive back to U-Haul to pick them up. It was ultimately much more time consuming than it should have. It probably would have been easier to just do everything in person rather than try to do mobile pick up, because that was a total mess.
Katie MOnly issue is the size of the lot. Because of the abundance of equipment and it being a small lot,it can be difficult to be able to drive up to storage units. Impossible to drive up to. Staff were great

LAVANDA MThis location was great. However it sucks they couldn't work with me due the inconvenience from the original store I had my reservation at. I was sent 20 minutes out my way which caused me to go over my mileage and with the $50 I out in for gas didn't even make a difference. Who calls you 30mins before your reservation to tell you they dont have your size truck that you reserved 2 weeks prior.

LACRYSTAL JOur storage unit was broken into and items stolen. I declined insurance coverage because I have renters insurance, which is fine. When the police came to file a report the store employee said they did not have video surveillance of that area and it was on us because I declined insurance. I don't understand how this lack of video surveillance could be a known issue and not addressed.
