Ricardo AGreetings When I first got there, I approached a blackmail that was behind the desk. I asked him did he have any 15 foot U-Haul available? He told me no. I did ask him. Would he have any coming back anytime today? He told me no, he referred me to grand Station down the street. I went to grand Station. The lady looked up different U-Haul places that would have a truck. She found one at the same location that I just left, said it will be one ready for 11 o’clock. I went back to the location and it was one there..
FELICIA SMy original reservation was at a different location and they didn't have any trucks. Central reservations said they fixed it and sent me here, but they made the reservation for Williamsburg. I can't remember his name, but I think he was the manager. He was amazing and went above and beyond to get me in a truck and on the road.

DANIEL BTrucks were in poor condition! First truck had lots of undocumented damage A/C didn't work windshield was broken mirror was broken and had a check engine light on. I resused truck. Second truck had undocumented damage A/C didn't work well it went in and out during the trip and front end alignment was horrible!

The person at the front desk quickly pulled up our reservation, and made sure we had all the information we needed—including confirming we had the right insurance for the trailer. Returning the trailer at the drop-off location was just as smooth. Honestly, there’s nothing I would improve. Really great team at this location—thank you!

CRAIG EThe 24/7 service is very convenient, but my issue was with the equipment rental and mobile app. I originally included the appliance dolly rental but the pick up location notified that there were none available so I took only the truck. The app also asked if there was equipment present in which I picked no. I returned the truck the next day but I was charged missing equipment few and the original rental fee for the dolly. It would be better if the app would allow the customer to select the quantity of items received and that information carries over to the drop off location to avoid unnecessary charges.

Gloria Gbetter inspections of trailers. the leaf spring of the trailer i rented was rusted and completely snapped off. we got a flat tire because of it. it could have been a super bad accident if not for luck.

After a failed attempt to get a trailer at a different location (first sent to a location where half the trailer lights didn’t work and they wanted me to take it anyways), having to go through the replacement process where I needed to put in a new order and wait 7 days for my funds to be returned, I was scheduled with this location off Warwick. They called me as soon as a trailer came in which happened to be after their business hours, and was able to get it to me the next day. They even changed out the ball on my hitch quickly! They are super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommended.

MARY PEverything was great. The employees were helpful in all parts of the rental. The reason I put no for cleanest and maintenance of equipment was it was still rocks and gravel in the back of the trailer. But the employee did tell me not to worry about it. He would take care of it. I have rent from this location a few times and it’s always been a pleasant experience.

NORMAN LI received a trailer with a leaking tire and a substandard wiring harness. The tire had to be refilled every two hours and the harness failed and left me without trailer lights. The harness broke off in my trucks receptacle. I will have to have the ford dealership repair it. Your team failed to pay for this repair which was their fault.
