When doing mobile pick up, the code did not work at the lockbox to pick up our key. When we asked an employee she said the code we had was for a different lockbox and had to give us a different code. When we got the truck to our location, we opened the back and it did not have a single piece of moving equipment that we had ordered. So we had to drive back to U-Haul to pick them up. It was ultimately much more time consuming than it should have. It probably would have been easier to just do everything in person rather than try to do mobile pick up, because that was a total mess.
Katie MOnly issue is the size of the lot. Because of the abundance of equipment and it being a small lot,it can be difficult to be able to drive up to storage units. Impossible to drive up to. Staff were great

LAVANDA MThis location was great. However it sucks they couldn't work with me due the inconvenience from the original store I had my reservation at. I was sent 20 minutes out my way which caused me to go over my mileage and with the $50 I out in for gas didn't even make a difference. Who calls you 30mins before your reservation to tell you they dont have your size truck that you reserved 2 weeks prior.

LACRYSTAL JOur storage unit was broken into and items stolen. I declined insurance coverage because I have renters insurance, which is fine. When the police came to file a report the store employee said they did not have video surveillance of that area and it was on us because I declined insurance. I don't understand how this lack of video surveillance could be a known issue and not addressed.

GARY BWhen I first pulled in, the parking lot was full nowhere to park so I parked in front of the storage unit. The lady ran to my car and say you cannot park there so a park came available and I parked at it while I was waiting in line a Caucasian couple pulled in Where the return trucks come in she never said anything to them about where they parked when I came to return the truck the next day, she had a attitude and was playing obnoxious music out of the return truck beside me all customer and racist music. I would never return to the store again worst experience That one employee will cost you a lot of customers. I would never rent from this location again….

RAQUEL BNA, your personnel were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Picking up the vehicle was a breeze and returning the vehicle was a breeze. If you wanted do something: have free bottled water available for customers.
WILLIAM TBecause they tell you that you have to bring the truck back to the location they didn’t let me know until I was outside that I had to return the truck to the same location charging me the extra miles and they making sure that they are robbing you I put the gas back in I went 9 miles over because I had to bring the truck back if you can avoid this company then do ok bye

Beverly PThe vehicle I requested wasn’t available so I had to settle for another vehicle! Online it says it’s 100% guaranteed that the vehicle was going to be available or they’ll give you $50. Is this correct?

MURIEL BOnly thing I would like to see is that you are able to return a car dolly to the nearest U-Haul business instead of driving 40 miles to return it. Other than that, everything went well and was professional.

Jett TThe truck cup holder area was dirty. Also bolts and a gum packet were underneath the seat - otherwise, fairly clean. The people at the location were very nice.
GLENNMARTIN BThe truck we received did not have working air conditioning and we didn’t have the option to get another because there were no more available in the area so we had to travel over 7 hours with the windows down on the interstate. I reached out to U-Haul when we found out the ac didn’t work and haven’t heard anything back.

GARY BI don't think it was the location's fault, but UHAUL appears to not maintain its trailers.
MICHELLE AThere was a huge inventory of vehicles but maintenance of the vehicles could be better. The passenger mirror was missing and no front license plate. After completion of the vehicle check-in, the mirror was located inside the cabin of the truck but not mounted properly. Although the representative checking everyone in did a fantastic job, another cashier/ rep (checking personnel in) would have eliminated several customers departing before they were assisted.
