Alexander WNot nearly enough staff to help volume of customers. I was sent away with a car dolly that did not have working lights. I had to bring it back to get the lights fixed which was also a time consuming hassle due to lack of staff. When I got back home with car dolly for second time I noticed the tire straps for the driver side tire were almost completely off. I had to figure out how to reapply straps because nobody showed me
Alexander WU-Haul truck was terrible, the acceleration was extremely slow. It was one of the worst trucks I have used from U-Haul. Getting up to even 20 mph was so difficult without thinking the truck was going to break.
ASHLEY OThis location has easy access. The staff were attentive, professional and personable. The downside to the location is that their parking lot is nonexistent. More inventory means a lot of vehicle shuttling.
BRIDGETTE CI returned the tow dolly ten hours before it was due, (the following day), and I got charged an additional $20 ????.... why was I penalized when you had the equipment available the next morning for a new rental, and yet I was charged an "after hours fee"???... which required no one else to be there???..... to assist me with unhooking the dolly......from a customer perspective, I did Uhaul a favor, (early return and no Uhaul employee's help) and I was penalized for it. NOT HAPPY at ALL about that.

Stephanie KTruck was in horrible condition. Worst truck I have ever rented. Air conditioner was not working. When told them, wanting a different truck they said “U-Haul considers that to be a luxury item, so sorry, no.” The front suspension is worn out and shot. A front wheel bearing is failing and was squealing badly. The storing wheel was covered in grime and grease. Passenger side windshield wiper blades was bad. You had to steer at 11:00 o’clock to keep truck straight. Really, really bad and unacceptable and unsafe truck. When turning in and let know how bad it was, nothing but “sorry.” Even the windows were terrible and dirty….not on the outside, but on the inside. I shouldn’t have even had to pay for this poor, poor truck. First, don’t send a truck in this condition out . Second, at least offer some credit or reduction recognizing how bad it was. A really bad overall customer experience top to bottom. Start to finish.
ROGER BI arrived on Sunday at 1:50 PM and was told they was open till 2 PM. No one around nobody would answer the phone. Very disgusted.

BENJAMIN TLocation was a 45 min drive from home bypassing several closer locations. U-Haul refused any discount for the inconvenience. Employees were less than knowledgeable on the pick-up process and how the equipment worked.

TAMARA FThis location was over full. The staff was standing around in the lot as I was pulling in. There was no where to go, when I finally got in the guy says “can you take this somewhere else” ummm no.. then I stood outside while the guys talked, moved other trailers, then was asked to go inside.. sat in there forever, one guy said the other guy was helping us, he was on the phone, I assume to another location. He was at least pleasant and said I could drop it here he’d take it to another place. There was absolutely no where to maneuver a trailer. Instead of taking it off my truck and using the trailer dolly I was asked to back it up (or they would for me). I did it. Overall the drop off experience was ridiculous and took WAY too long!

ELVIS HDespite the limited space at this location and the amount of customers they serve, staff expertly processed my rental from pick-up to drop-off. Maybe I was lucky, but I was surprisingly impressed.

SAM HThe extra things I purchased with my U-Haul were not in the truck when I arrived. I tried doing just a mobile pickup but then had to go in to get the furniture pads and dolly from the front desk employee. Also, the truck smelled like cigarettes.
Emma RThe service staff were very helpful and assisting with loading the supplies we had ordered for our move. This was very much appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the van to be loaded with supplies ordered prior to our arrival. The van itself was maintained but for a van with 9400 miles on it the condition looked like it had been in the fleet a lot longer. Overall, I enjoyed driving the van and thank you for the excellent experience.

I called mid city uhaul and they had a truck swapped out for us and had us back on the move so quickly. Your staff at mid city makes a painful move so much easier. They are helpful, considerate, and caring for their clients.

TERRY Ohe was such a good experience I had to leave two reviews cuz my first one I talked about how much I loved U-Haul and in this one I really want to credit the staff at that midtown location on 2100 South across the street from home Depot their customer service ability gets an A+ Plus you know on a score from 1 to 10 they get an 11 and they broke my scale that's how good they were and I'm so grateful for them. it's only all businesses can have that level of customer service at every location boy life would be so much better.

JAMES GTried to charge $57 for gas and service fee. I drove the truck 9 miles, not even one gallon of gas. Had to call to correct, waited on hold for 10 minutes. Won’t rent from U-Haul again.
SUZANNE MDont allow big trucks to be able to pull in and park blocking people who are trying to back out of parking lot. Make it easier to return. I couldn't return truck until I had app downloaded, then it wasn't let me continue in the instructions to return, so I had to call somebody and it took another 20 minutes by the time I gotbinformation I got. And you charge way too much for gas if customer fails to stop and put gas in.
