Seriously overcharged me for their truck when it was their fault I had to extend it since I used their storage unit because it was suppose to average out cheaper than getting a storage unit elsewhere. The storage they gave me was full so I had to down grade to the next one which that storage was pushed into the next one taking a whole foot of space leaving me even less room and I was unable to fit what I needed in there with the truck for the amount of time I had. They totally screwed me over! Once I get my stuff out of storage I’ll never use uhaul again because of the amount of ahit I have had to deal with over uhaul.

CATINA H | First ImpressionsI canceled my U-Haul storage unit and moved my items to Public Storage due to the unsafe location of the U-Haul storage, Public Storage offered me a bigger storage unit for only a few dollars more than what I was paying, but more importantly U-Haul never gave me a gate remote control as advertised to open the gate safely from my vehicle which Public Storage gives me the ability to open their gate using my cell phone. There was always an excuse as to why I wasn’t given a gate remote control. First I was told the gate control was broken and they will be getting a new one which wasn’t true, secondly I was told that no customers had a gate remote control which wasn’t true either and thirdly I was told the gate remote control is hard to come by.

The storage unit price is high for it to be so small. The storage unit most definitely isn’t a medium storage unit or equivalent to a 1-2 bedroom home as advertise.

I am very happy that I was able to arrange everything online and get into my unit in a matter of hours. It really took a lot of pressure off of me with so many things going wrong on that day. I just wish I had known that I needed storage in the beginning and I would've reserved a truck with UHAUL as well to get a discount or just gotten a storage pod delivered.

Tane F | Overall ExperienceWhile everything looks great from the outside, you bought the facility on Parker while it still had tenants. You couldn’t see what was going on in the inside. Red dust coats everything over time. I believe the doors have rust in the ceiling. How clean can it be if my unit is full of acorn shells and crap? Squirrels destroy my property on a regular basis. Field mice and squirrels eat acorns. They ignore your very large bait traps. Drywall hit my daughter on the head causing a lump and in winter we got locked inside the gate cause the pad malfunctions in cold weather ( we had to climb the fence and open it from the other side) And you have the nerve to raise rates. I’m only with you because you are cheap and close to home. Keep raising rates and I’ll just buy another tough shed.

I have children that are in school and college and they are on the constant basis of needing things it will just be nice for me to access my email when I want, not when U-Haul wants me to.
