We were very pleased with U-haul storage on Alpine. The staff were very friendly and helpful - from check in to check out. The facility was amazingly clean, well lit & well kept. Being able to pull our car into an indoor bay was a huge asset.The washroom was always clean & well stocked.

Facility was very nice, and everything worked smoothly. However, I moved out of my unit and canceled before the next month began, and was charged anyway for next month. The manager was extremely nice and helpful, and initiated a refund immediately. It might not be her fault directly, I don’t want to place the blame on her. But that absolutely should not have happened, and after 2 days, the almost $300 charge is still in effect on my bank account, which is very inconvenient as we are in the middle of a move.

I put a reservation in over a month ago for a 10’ truck and a storage unit. The app bugged when picking up the truck and said I had already picked up the truck, so I had no way of knowing how to go about picking up the truck or which one it was. I went to the front desk and the poor man was there by himself dealing with customers and phones. It took about 30 minutes for us to be taken care of, and our reservation had started itself at 6:09pm. He said the storage unit I had reserved over a month ago was not even a real storage unit, and had to give me a smaller unit, granted it was $10 less so that was ok. The truck had a tire light and engine lights on so I was a bit worried, but we were already almost an hour into our reservation, so I dismissed this even though it was unsafe, figuring someone had looked it over and deemed it good enough to drive. We got to our storage unit and thought we had scanned our card correctly but for some reason it didn’t work, and the alarm went off when we opened our unit. It turned off eventually, and we loaded up our unit. With our last load we went to bring it inside and the doors were locked. It was 10:02. There was no warning that we were running out of time, no announcement on the intercom, there were no hours posted on the door, with a very misleading “24/7 u haul” sign that I now know is alluding to truck rentals, not storage rentals. Upon texting the “after hours help” number that was posted in numerous spots, we received no response. We called the security office that said they were unable to reopen the door so that we could at least close and lock the door to our unit. The 800 U Haul number said they would leave a message with the site manager and they would get back to us. This was all at 10:30pm and they never got back to us at all. Finally, we loaded up our U Haul, knowingly leaving our unit door wide open, having to come back in the morning to finish after we had been moving all day this day. I am extremely disappointed with this entire process and felt that it was not user friendly and very confusing. I would like to speak with the manager and get our extra night paid for that we needed to get to store our property that we weren’t able to load into the unit.

This is absolutely the worst establishment ever I would’ve recommend this place to anyone the so-called lady that manages the place was rude and disrespectful. Nowhere to be found a liar and had the audacity to send this paperwork over to me in Spanish. because I look African-American and she assumed we don’t speak Spanish FYI , I understand and speak Spanish very well they had a lock placed on our unit, even though it was paid for and then through all the trouble because of us not being able to have access to our unit. We were granted a free month of service and was not able to access our things again when we went down there because we did not pay for the month that was free to us for the inconvenience that we had experienced every time we went to this establishment. There was a problem with the young lady that worked there the manager and customer service was not even able to locate her when we needed help with our unit we cleared our our unit, even though we had time left on it because we are sick and tired of dealing with the foolishness every time we go down there there’s a problem and she is nowhere to be found or there is a lock place on our unit when things are covered and paid for we have the paperwork to prove it. We will no longer be using U-Haul again because of this horrible experience and if I were you, I would not ever use the U-Haul located on Alpine go anywhere else but there I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is hands-down the worst location ever!!!!!!!!!

Office staff on Sun Apr 20 were extremely helpful, professional, friendly. Store hours until 5p, but we were able to do the truck drop off at 455p and it was seamless. Staff couldn't have been more accomodating. Move into the storage unit was easy & seamless. The storage unit was clean. There were plenty of carts available for use when unloading the truck. The locks provided were a big plus.

CLEAN! A LOT of carts to move items. We were only people moving into facility. Covered or garage loading/unloading available. Online Reservation and move-in were very easy.

Have an after hours number to text and call if you need assistance and the person never answers never even respond to you. I canceled my U-Haul storage two weeks ago via email to their general manager and still have not heard back. Please do not take money out of my account this place is a joke. I can’t even get in here after 10 o’clock and I work all day long so what good is it gonna do me if I can’t even be in here from the hours of 10 PM to 5 AM Terrible terrible terrible need to get a different GM need to get somebody that’s attentive to their their paycheck because we’re their paycheck
