Too much busy work for the driver which I wasn't prepared for. Taking pictures & inputting paper work took at least another hour if not more. Never had that much crap before.
Mary S | Overall ExperienceMove in was "poor" due to the unit alarm being active despite disarming my unit with the provided code. The attendant at the facility came over to check on the alarm when we first unlocked the unit and said "some units just always go off". This is very disappointing as we intend to visit the space regularly. Move in took a lot of back and forth, I was very deliberate each time to arm and disarm with our provided code and the unit's alarm did indeed go off every time we accessed it.

Due to the length of extra time it took, the result was an additional $400 in my moving companys invoice.
