SAUL EThe experience with the employees of Uhaul was great. The Uhaul app and anything having to do with your technology sucked. Attempting to sign up for the Uboxes online was a nightmare so I had to call and do it over the phone with a human being. The notifications I got said my boxes wouldn't arrive until December 15. They arrived on December 4 or so and I would never have known that except I called the Uhaul location because of the bizarro/inconsistent/incorrect information on the Uhaul app. Your employees are great. Your software is the absolute worst.

GREGORY LWe dropped the truck off exactly at 100 miles, which came free with the truck. Apparently uhaul charges by the 10th of a mile so my card was charged 22 cents. I mean, no big deal but c'mon man. How about you round down? It cost you more in transaction fees to be that petty.

U-Haul reps kept us updated on every step. Our U-Boxes arrived two days earlier than expected, and not one thing shifted or broke. Super easy and convenient service with excellent customer service the whole way.

JOSEPH MTruck wasn’t where it was stated in stall for mobile pick up, picked up truck with a 1/4 tank, pretty annoying being it’s a 26’ super over, returned after hours with a 1/4 tank app was trying to say it had more than 1/4 tank when I possessed it. Keybox needs some work, locks are terrible and the big key ring took some maneuvering to get the door open. Opened the back roll up door and dolly was just laying on the ground, so probably getting charged for dolly fee even though the seal was clearly broken and dolly was never secured from rental before me. Would check other uhauls before this one.

SILVIA SPricing is not clear. From the initial reservation amount of $84.95 to when I pick-up key the amount increased to $146.53, then once returned to facility final charge is $169.18. Pricing is deceiving, the price doubled.

PATRICIA WWas told that what i was hauling would fit. Not only was it over the weight limit it lifted the truck off the ground when i was told it would fit and the truck would be heavy and strong enough. when i went in and asked for a refund they said i wasn't able to get one.

Norma FThe boxes were the wood ones and in rough shape. My husband had to reinforce the locks with new screws and worked on the hardware. The door barely worked.(Mainly just 1) We also had to apply black gorilla waterproof tape to several areas on a cover that was ripped and torn and secure the plastic edge. *very different from the metal boxes we had before But the delivery driver was amazing!
Melissa SI reserved a uhaul at a different location. I got a call the day before saying the location was changed because the truck wasn't available. I got another call the day of the reservation saying that the location was changed again. I went to that location and tried to get the truck but the app told me there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. I called the number in the app and they were rude to me on the phone. I called the 1800 number and they got me a uhaul that was SMALLER than the original one I ordered. This whole experience was very inconvenient and I would not recommend.

They said is their but it would be awesome if they checked it out right when it's returned and let me know if it's all good and show me pictures of the damage so I know this is true... But the workers and the general manager were very helpful and friendly and very courteous and cooperative... I love them very much but I can't say I appreciate the not following up after and being thorough but after awhile trying to be through is not cool
ISAIAH JService staff were great - helpful and friendly. However, I was told truck has 1/8 of a tank of fuel and I was to return at the same level. Tank was actually a needle width above empy. I was running late, so went directly to gas station where I got what I thiought I'd need and drove on to complete my mission. At end of trip I returned truck with a bit over quarter of a tank. Need a better system.
MICHAEL EThe App experience wasn’t super helpful. I wasn’t sure how the movers worked and if U-Haul booked or if it was me. The timeline feature didn’t make sense. I wasn’t sure auto signed up for monthly box rental when I specifically signed up for pickup, ship, deliver. It was easier to see how much I owed for monthly rental than the remainder of payment for the whole process.
