I wish you would adjust our bill when we DO NOT use the moving pads. If you CAN add them to our final bill, if used (bag seal broken and not ordered in advance) then you should be able to reduce the bill when they were not used. The equipment and staff were all wonderful. I wrote down the name of the lady who checked me out the day I rented (picked up) all the equipment on a piece of paper. She was OUTSTANDING, unfortunately, in the move, that paper got lost. On the contract it lists Michael Denton, but that WAS NOT the person who helped me. ALL the staff (reservation day / pick up day / drop off day) were all wonderful.

The only issue, is the 24/7 checkout site. It gives clear instructions to get all your belongings, then check the environment you are leaving the truck, is it safe to exit . Lock doors then drop keys . So AFTER you drop keys, log in to app does it ask you to get mileage and take a picture . So I wasn't Able to properly return truck after hours

A customer who is renting, actually using the equipment should be provided a DIRECT LINE (phone number) to the rental facility, NOT ever be routed to a switchboard - Call Center - where theye are told that hold times are 15 or 20 minutes. This is frustrating beyond description. Please rectify this ASAP. Thank You.

I had reserved a trailer and then a day before pick up you changed the pickup location to a place 60 miles away. I called customer service only to get a person who was very rude and uncompliant. I asked her to double check and make sure there wasn't any other trailers available in my town. She refused. I asked for the manager. She refused. Finally I just cancelled my reservation. I hung up the phone and immediately called the local place I had scheduled for pickup and sure enough there was a trailer there the person there was very helpful. I went and picked it up.

Only issue we had was with the manager, a woman. I'm not sure what her problem was with us, but she seemed triggered, saidnI personally had attitude with her when I did not. She kept going with her attitude so she got attitude back. She had said to me looks whos name is on the building, so maybe that will help identify her? I'm not sure what her name was. But the gentleman that helped as well as the supervisor that helped, de-escalate or that tried to, she was amazingly helpful! I plan to use u-haul in the future when I move my entire house, but if she is there we will probably go elsewhere. She really had no reason to keep going with her attitude and yelling on her way out the door. Then she called the other lady as soon as she was down the road. Sighed heavily when the supervisor had told her we were getting a storage, then said she didn't want us to get a storage unit there. So all in all it was a very unpleasant experience with u-haul.
