Management was the worst possible, customer service is terrible, employees sit and cuss right at the counter, scream across the shopping area, trucks are dirty, roaches found in the storage building, homeless sleeping in storage units and bathing in the bathroom. Very poor management! Will not be returning in the foreseeable future unless new management comes to clean the place up.

Danielle K | First ImpressionsFirst off the sales person was rude said after I gave his info (Name) to my daughter who was paying for my second storage 10x 10, to talk to him, said he was in fear because she ask for his name and got angry I put her on the phone speacker to talk to him we was not rude to him but another customer sales person heard it all and referred me to the Uhaul link. The he said they didn't have to rent to me and I told him you will have to refund my money during making a sale he walked away from me not wanting to finish my order so ask ask for help from someone else so he walked back over he wouldn't put my card info in the computer told me I can put it in myself even though I didnt know your system I just type my card number in .He had an attitude even though I had already rented a 10x15 the day before. And I couldn't finish unloading the truck because Uhaul elevator stop working and I had to go on the 3rd floor to lock up my units, because the elevators broke down so my furniture was stuck on the truck then we find out After we had already unloaded some of the furniture UHAUL said we didn't have the new storage which was a 10x10 so again my furniture for the 10x10 was stuck on the truck elevator was still not working su the customer service at the 800 business loop said the will extend the truck rental No charge again to us and after they unloaded the rental truck they charges us for 2 days which was not our fault the climate control ELEVATOR or system didn't work for the time of rental till today. We rented a 10 x15 on Friday Oct. 18, 2024 , 24 hr. rental could not unload it because Uhaul system lock a customer up stairs on 2nd floor in the build , No one in or out from 8 am till12:30 afternoon , then we got some fueniture unloaded but on 3rd. Floor Elevator stop for The two days Saturday and Sunday after we rented the 10x10 system kicked us out of my 10 x10 rental with unit partially not finish. And they charge when they said the will extend truck rental NO CHARGE, and you ask will I recommend Uhaul, for truck rental. Never for Climate control Rental. A $40 truck rental because of Uhaul Elevator broke down you charge us $135 They ripped us off change prices on rental and charge for truck... REFUND TRUCK CHARGE.

I had a complicated move that required me to get two separate storage units several weeks apart and the general manager, Juaun, graciously worked with me on a plan to minimize costs. The facility is well lit and I had no concerns about the security of my stored items. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Very glad I chose them.

The lighting is excellent. The elevator is large enough to easily handle three carts per time. There is only one elevator so when facility is busy that becomes a possible time issue. The indoor load/unload zone is really convenient and helpful as well. Another very nice feature are the restrooms located on every floor Overall this is the best storage facility I have used

For instance: you have to check out of your room every time or you will be denied access. The 24/7 Truck Rental service does not work properly. The app refused to allow me to upload photos. I had to contact customer service because although the app told me my return had been processed, it actually had not. I will say that customer service was helpful and understanding.
Maddison F | Online Move InTrailer rental went well, check-in was great. Storage facility was chaotic. We were assigned a unit already in use and moved to another unit. During the process we needed up double billed which took many phone calls to fix. I still don’t know if the billing is correct - I’ll need to wait a month for all the charges and credits to settle down. The staff were very friendly and wanted to help but either the computer system was not working well or staff were not trained on the system. Staff and customers were very frustrated. Initial impressions are important-as I walked in to the office the first time staff were anlready arguing with another customer.

They finally got it worked out, but the automated access system is very error-prone. Even the staff had lots of trouble with it and finally just opened it up with the master code so I could get in.

Joseph OBooked online and was given two 5x10 units instead of one 10x10. Staff inside was able to switch us to a 10x10 unit quickly. However they also said we would have 24/7 access to our unit which we found out later that night when we arrived to unload the truck was not the case and we had to unload a 20 foot truck in under an hour. The location and facility are good, but staff needs to be trained correctly and give customers correct information to set the correct expectations. Also the code we were given at booking did not work to access the building.

The day I rented the space the only person that seemed to know what he was doing had to keep helping everyone else and that caused him to not take care of what he was doing with me. He asked for my debit card for auto payments but he didn't record it and I didn't get a bill but I was charged a late charge because of his incompetence. The last payment I made I told them the space would be empty by the end of the month. I also told them the day the storage was empty and called the next day to tell them again. I have been charged for another month and although I've been told the money has been returned, it has not been received 5 days later. Storage place, good. Workers, totally incompetent

I showed it to a U-Haul employee where it had leaked on my cloth chaise lounge and he said he would have maintenance look at it on the following Monday Tuesday. I got no response back from them. I removed my stuff before my rent was due taking my Riess numbers of units to the front desk letting them know I had finished cleaning and removing my stuff from the units. They said I didn’t need to do anything else two days later I got a call that my rent was due. The first time I went to remove a portion of my stuff the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor. The good part of it was, you guys had amazing carts for loading and unloading. It was a new space and kept clean.
