The equipment was not well maintained. The items I had reserved were not available. I didn't find out until I arrived. I will not return to this location.

Shean WSelf checkin means just that. I shouldn't have to go into the facility to get keys or verify anything. The truck wasn't out and ready so I still had to wait. Once I got the vehicle (45 minutes later), we left. Something told me to stop and make sure dollies were inside. Neither were and we had to return to the facility. Due to he guy not locking the back, the door came open in transit, the dollies fell out almost hitting the car behind us. Luckily they reacted quickly and no injuries occurred. This was the second time we've had a bad experience picking up a truck with uhaul. It's time to get alternatives.

KASIE PI did online check in but had to go inside to get the keys. There was no employee around. After waiting 5 minutes I walked outside looking for someone but couldn't find anyone. Waited another 5 minutes inside but still no one showed up. Ended up calling the store and thats when someone finally walked in to help me.

JOHN HNot having unlimited mileage in keeping with industry standards while charging the same amount as others makes me question using or recommending UHaul. Additionally mpg on smaller trucks was extremely low and in the end very expensive.

JASON SWhat can you do to improve for the next customer? Only thing comes to mind is to brag on your low prices better. Hands down of three other companies, Uhaul blew them away for cost and convenience. Great experience, painless and our box arrived early. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
PAUL VGood lot, lots of room. I had a change in tow vehicles after I picked the trailer up. I tried to change the vehicle with customer service over the phone and was told I had to go back to the U-Haul lot. I did and was told they had to close out the contract and start a new one. Originally I had the trailer for 2 days and she (Chastity) told me I would only be charge for one day on that contract. I agreed and started a new one day rental with a different tow vehicle. That turned out to be no true. I received the invoices for both rentals on my e mail and was charged 2 days for a 6 hr rental - not one day as promised. Had I known I would be charged 2 days for a 6 hr time slot, I would have kept the old truck connected. The newer truck was in the shop over the weekend and not expected to be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday - that was the reason for my wanting to change it. The trailer was good, everyone was polite until I wanted to change things around - Disappointed with what I consider an over-charge for the rental. Just be up front and tell me that I will be charged for the full 2 day contract for changing a tow vehicle - that's all.
KEVIN CWhen returning equipment, make sure the employees are reviewing who they are accepting returning equipment from. This will keep from having mixups.
