FATE RHave everything you are suppose to have. I needed an Appliance Dolly and there were none available. I didn't have a regular dolly on the truck.

Randy MIncrease mileage limits. I was given 53 miles. Pickup point to drop off directly is 47. That only gave me 6 miles to make it to the load site and unload site and remain in allowance.i wound up being charged for 30 miles because I had to go load and unload.

REGINALD DI initially scheduled U-Haul for Saturday morning as I got there I received a notification of change of time from 8am to 5pm. That time wasn’t good for me so I changed it to next day. That time wasn’t no problem. But I received a text message saying they charged my car for two U-Haul instead of one. Also charged my daughter card on file.

PHILLIP BCustomer service needs to listen. I explained 3 times that I had already been charged for the truck and checked in but the truck wasn't out front. On the phone the rep made me a new reservation. I then went inside and explained the situation 2 more times to the rep and he began to check me in again which would've charged me again. After explaining for the 3rd time to him, he found my reservation and said oh it's out back. Never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. If I hadn't put my foot down I would've been charged for 2 trucks. I rent quite frequently and this was by far my worst experience

ALICIA SI was given a truck with the check engine light on and loud sound coming from engine when inquired about getting another truck I was told that the check engine light was on because I did not have anything loaded yet in the back. Even with a loaded back the check engine light was still on. I have rented from Uhaul alot and this was my worst experience.

GENA SFree coffee bar for paying customers. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to return a truck and I like free stuff.

SHAKITA AMy original reservation was for storage sense on old hey 96 in Bonaire. I was supposed to pick up in person at 9 am and by 9:38am no one was there. I had to go out of my way to Warner Robins to pick up a U-Haul. I was compensated by U-Haul but wasted two hours of my move time. Don’t try to rent a U-Haul from storage sense in Bonaire Ga
