The folks at the UHaul facility were very helpful and responsive. The storage area was clean, very secure, and I always felt safe going there. Couldn't really ask for anything more!

Beth S | Overall ExperienceZadie is BEYOND DOPE! I struck up a conversation with random strangers when I walked in and THEY eluded to her being phenomenal. AND she was! She exceeded expectations. If she is not the store manager she assuredly SHOULD be. There were two other employees on site that day and neither one presented as friendly, nor were they helpful. I had just relocated my family to a new city. Stress levels were high. Zadie helped me even after I reserved the wrong size unit. She spent copious time ensuring my family's needs were met and that gave me immense peace thus allowing me to move to the NEXT step. THANK You Ma'am for being a blessing on 8.19.2024! Janis R | Overall Experiencemy biggest issue was anytime I had to change a credit card number, expiration date, etc. etc. I would call ahead of time so that it would be processed on time and for some reason it never happened. I would get notices that I was late and was being charged a late fee on my payment, and I would have to call up there again and go all the information again, and they would say it’s right here. I don’t know why they didn’t put it in properly. It gets old! This happened every time I had to change anything on my payment method

She was helpful, professional, and represented the uhaul brand very well. During move in she was knowledgeable and helped a new hire navigate through the computer system. During our move out Alexis helped us again. She checked us out and closed our paperwork. Her name was Alexis Woodson
