Only reason for average rating is we had trouble with our code getting in two times. Still not really sure that next time we go, we can actually gain access. Girl told me she didn't know what we would do if office is closed and we needed to use intercom for help. She had no idea.

blauine s | First ImpressionsI was assigned a code to access the facility, and I was unable to access it. I went back, and spoke with the mngr who then gave me a access card. It still would not allow me access. I then advised the mngr. They assured me that the problem will be corrected soon.

Beth S | Overall ExperienceZadie is BEYOND DOPE! I struck up a conversation with random strangers when I walked in and THEY eluded to her being phenomenal. AND she was! She exceeded expectations. If she is not the store manager she assuredly SHOULD be. There were two other employees on site that day and neither one presented as friendly, nor were they helpful. I had just relocated my family to a new city. Stress levels were high. Zadie helped me even after I reserved the wrong size unit. She spent copious time ensuring my family's needs were met and that gave me immense peace thus allowing me to move to the NEXT step. THANK You Ma'am for being a blessing on 8.19.2024! Mickelle A | First ImpressionsWe used this facility to store college dorm supplies over the Summer. The unit was inside, so it was cool, dry, well lit, and safe. The staff were friendly as well. We’ll return again next Summer
Janis R | Overall Experiencemy biggest issue was anytime I had to change a credit card number, expiration date, etc. etc. I would call ahead of time so that it would be processed on time and for some reason it never happened. I would get notices that I was late and was being charged a late fee on my payment, and I would have to call up there again and go all the information again, and they would say it’s right here. I don’t know why they didn’t put it in properly. It gets old! This happened every time I had to change anything on my payment method

She was helpful, professional, and represented the uhaul brand very well. During move in she was knowledgeable and helped a new hire navigate through the computer system. During our move out Alexis helped us again. She checked us out and closed our paperwork. Her name was Alexis Woodson
