And that trash could stay there for a pretty long time. Once I did even catch a nail in my tire that was certainly from the rows at the storage facility. Staff were always helpful friendly and timely when ever I did have any issue needing taken care of. I’m leaving the unit as I’m just ready to have the extra money in my pocket. The unit was more of a commodity than it was a necessity for me.

Ken B | Overall ExperienceTried 3 different remotes for the gate in the year I rented. None of them worked more than once. It was irritating to go to the office, wait in line to get a remote, and then have it not work. It was irritating to not get refunded the 2 weeks I'd already paid for when I cleaned out my unit. The unit was nice and secure, but more expensive than other places.

I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because 7pm is too early to close out your customers, especially people like me that work long hours and then have to rush to make it to storage before I'm locked out. Plus trying to charge me an extra $12 for 24/hr access isn't cool either.

Briananna D | Overall ExperienceMy only real disappointment with this unit was that U-Haul did not honor the free month of storage with the rental of a truck. I was assured when I picked up the truck in Michigan that I would get a free month of storage when I arrived in Wyoming. But when I went in to sign the papers for the unit, I was told he had to charge me for it. Other than that, it was all good.

SYDNY M | First ImpressionsUhaul was decent to have a storage unit with I was at that facility since 2019 never had any issues I used automatic payment with the two previous owners an used two locks with no issues. 1 week before I planned on moving out of my unit. I received a msg letting me know I only need 1 lock. I replied telling that individual ill be back in 1 week to clean out my unit I arrived a day before I said I would arrive well within closing time for the gate entrance. I was denied access because of my two locks.. let alone having automatic payments id never miss a payment.. i was not very happy about the situation I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to figure everything out Extremely unprofessional I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone

These units once owned by KO storage I had full insurance coverage and when Uhaul took over they told me everything would carry over to U-haul account and be the same and insured and protected. When I moved out on the 16th of October my things were wet in the corners. They told me I didnt have coverage on my unit. I told them I did,,all they could say was I was miss-informed by Jessie. I was livid. I still am. Do not recommend due to their non-empathetic support.

Your IT guy changed my code to get into the gate then put another lock on storage unit. There was no comment on my account staring they put a lock on my storage unit. Your management is ridiculous.

And our security gate was left open for Days at least 3 days co.planned twice about it . The other facility gate just open for days as well! I was involved in a questioning of several thousand dollars of equipment stolen from other because someone broke I to they're u it! No we ure a d customer service as a jome.

I moved all my belongings out on July 1, 2023, but the payment for July has already been taken from my bank account. When I asked if the payment could be refunded to me, at least in part, the storage clerk refused. It is both unfair and illogical to bill me for an empty unit! I have warned all my friends to never use this facility, because I don't want them to be ripped off the way I was.

So here goes. The girls were nice;. But my storage unit was broken into and i Was Robbed. There was hardly anyone ever at the Evansville facility. Nobody manning the cameras. They just told me that robberies happen a lot around the holidays.
