Prefer the previous owner, once U-Haul took over it was very corporate, regular price increases etc. We moved to a smaller facility that won’t nearly double the price in a year. Nice facility.

It was irritating to go to the office, wait in line to get a remote, and then have it not work. It was irritating to not get refunded the 2 weeks I'd already paid for when I cleaned out my unit. The unit was nice and secure, but more expensive than other places.

kathleen l | Overall ExperienceThe gentleman at the E. 2nd building was extremely helpful and found us a better deal than what was offered online. I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because 7pm is too early to close out your customers, especially people like me that work long hours and then have to rush to make it to storage before I'm locked out. Plus trying to charge me an extra $12 for 24/hr access isn't cool either.
