WOOTAEK LI had the worst experience with U-HAUL this time around. I was asked to to a favor for them and I agreed thinking it wouldn’t be that big of a problem. I ended up pulling an empty U Box trailer behind my 15 foot truck. I have never pulled anything behind me before, which I was never asked by the customer service rep. By the time I got to my location to drop off the trailer, I was turned away and told to go to a place that took U Box trailers. Once I got to the second location, I was turned away AGAIN!! By this time it was already 11:30am, my 3 children have missed school and I haven’t gotten to unload ANY of the truck due to this trailer behind me. The lady at the 2nd location directed me to U Box storage warehouse…once I got there…they were surprised to see me because they don’t keep that size U Box trailers at their location. This man was so kind though and took the trailer off so that we could be on our way. He said this wasn’t the first he has seen U Haul do this to people. We were SHOCKED to say the least! I called U Haul to let them know of my horrible experience and they gave me $25 refund! What a slap in the face for doing THEM a favor, going out of MY way to help THEM!!! I will never do that again. And I warn anyone being asked to help, to say NO!!!!

MICHAEL HI had to drive 1 hour out of my way to pick up a vehicle transport in Seattle then drive an 1 hr back home only to turn around and drive 4 hrs to Portland.. While there may not be much demand in the Everett/Marysville area it would be helpful to keep a few North of Seattle to prevent us north Enders from having to fight Seattle traffic just to pick one up. Michael BIf there were any competitors for U-Haul, you’d go out of business. I end up needing U-Haul every few years and dread every encounter. You’re understaffed. I invariably wander around in the showroom alone waiting for someone who works there to wander in. Usually behind other customers. Why can I fly to anywhere in the world and process my car reservation in about a minute? And you don’t verify that your vehicles are returned full of gas. I rented a ten foot truck today, driving 26 miles. I filled the tank at the nearest station and asked for a fill. Which came to nearly five gallons of gas. According to U-Haul, that truck gets 12 miles a gallon. But mine got a little over five. Is it possible for you to care less?

Antonio SThe U-haul associate behind the desk was kind, professional, and patient. Before leaving, and after inspection, out first van was damaged in ways that had not been marked by U-haul as “pre-existing”. We were promptly given a new van that was literally new with less than 200 miles on it. It was perfect for our needs. We had tarps to keep the van as clean as when we received it. The associate also let me take the van back off the lot to refill the tank with 4 gallons. I think we gave you more fuel than we used, but hard to say. The associate made our experience great overall. You are lucky to have him.
Loretta HWe experience a ton of rain here, and our 26 ft had major leak issue towards the front of the truck. Because of this, a TON of boxes were soaking wet, and had to be immediately unpacked, in a storage unit. It’s obviously a problem, but if we had been moving directly into a new house, it would’ve just been annoying. We have rented tons of U-Hauls over the years, and while they all have their special personality, never has one leaked- and badly at that

STEVEN TWhen the U-Haul employee attached our trailer, he told my husband we won’t need a safety pin as he believed the nut wouldn’t come loose. Well turns out after driving over 2,000 miles, somewhere during our trip, the nut unscrewed itself, and our U-Haul was completely loose from our car. And we were given a trailer with a flat tire. Tried calling corporate just to mention our concern, and the supervisor at corporate was very argumentative and refused to listen to our concerns. Will never use U-Haul again, especially this location.

John not only offered to help install it, he also gave useful advice and helped both attach and detach the trailer from my vehicle. Overall great experience. Would rent from this location again.

It's 24hr access to criminals. Several of us including myself storage units were ROBBED of all our belongings.There is no security at this location. John Stevens, the General Manager, is unprofessional and irresponsible. He actually let's the homeless sleep, and come and go as they please. he seems very shady. Some of the workers at the front desk are very confrontational and unprofessional as well. I have never experienced anything like this in my whole life. WOW!! I was told by two men working at the facility, that it was an inside Job for sure, because my lock was not damaged, it was LOCKED BACK after merchandise was stolen. A thief that was curtious enough to lock my storage back up for me. Note: no one has a copy of my keys, but me. What's so ironic is that i found some of my belongings in an storage locker behind my storage with no lock on it. I lifted up the door and what do you know. Some of my things. Crazy, right? The worst part of this is my daughter's ERN along with her ASHES, were inside one of the boxes that were stolen. Who ever did this, I want you to know that this really hurts 😭 You can have anything material of mine, but please bring back my daughter's ERN. That's all I have left of her. I promise I won't press charges. Thank you

There were no notes in the account and I was told it was because I had a different lock on it. The lock that was given to me did not fit on the storage so one of your workers, Rob sold me a lock. I had to have a worker drill the lock off while my movers were waiting. Maybe if Rob wasn’t so worried about getting my phone number and asking to take me out, he could have done his job correctly.

Second vehicle would not drive straight it had a crooked front wheel turned right by itself had to return it unload to another vehicle. Third vehicle kept getting warning lights on the dashboard twice the vehicle would overrev requiring us to pull over and stop the oil pressure gage would peg out when I checked the oil it was sludge had to add oil twice along the way. We are very disappointed and exhausted from the trip would like to be compensated for our troubles. Thank you.
