I think the rental box service is not good, and would not recommend it - the boxes are too heavy and too large, making them difficult to move for myself and the movers. Renewal for the boxes was incredibly difficult, with broken emails, phone renewals that were never processed, and complete lack of communication regarding fees. The manager at this location, John Stevens, was very helpful. Staff interactions at this location were great.

There's a parking strip along the north edge of the building with room for about 10 customers to leave their cars. It appears to allow 1-way driving only. All spaces were full, so I continued around the back of the building to look for parking elsewhere on the lot. However after I drove all the way along the back of the building the way was blocked by a U-Haul pick-up truck. There wasn't room to turn around, so I got out of the car and walked around to the office to tell the attendant I was blocked. He scolded me for driving behind the building (there was no indication not to), and said the pick-up was missing a starter and couldn't be moved. The only way out was to put my car in reverse and back up the entire way along the rear of the building, which was about 50 yards. This situation is unacceptable and dangerous.

Your app leaves little to be desired. It is time consuming and the secondary contact verification is misleading intrusive. States as a person to call if the equipment is not returned on time, but in fact the rental will not be released until the # is verified. The call to verify woke up my sick wife, if I would have known, I would have used an alternate form of verification. In addition to the ridiculously slow "App" process, If were not for the onsite staff (didn't catch her name) I would have been erroneously charged for a 2nd day! I will never use the app again!!!

There were 3 kids running this location, maybe 19 at the oldest and none of them seemed to know answers to any questions. My wife said it reminded her of the 3 stooges. Left us very uneasy with the a trailer that we were driving from Seattle to Florida. I asked them to help adjust the mirror and they left it loose so that it moved in the wind the entire drive. It was very dangerous and scary at times. They did not know how to strap a car with large wheels on the vehicle and had no back up plan or suggestions for what Or where I could buy an extension. There was an extreme lack of professionalism and I didn’t feel well informed at all. There was also no room for parking or loading the trailer at this location. The entire process took well over an hour, putting us far behind scheduled.
