Need. More staff on hand. Only one person working. Wait time to long. Both on pickup and return. Also could not get propane as the new person working was not certified to sell propane.

The drop location was terrible!! Guy was an ass hole about how busy he was and how he didn’t want this truck back yet, then he charged me $38 when I filled the tank $65 before I brought it back and the gas pump clicked off so I figured it was 100%. FUCK YOU U-HAUL. I will never rent from you again.

There’s no service at all so submitting the pictures took almost a half hour and we kept having to drive around the block to get service just for the pictures to submit.

Believe the two gentlemen I worked with on the rental are David and Kenan. Both these gentlemen were very polite, friendly and accommodating. Rentals have been made through this UHaul for many years and have yet to have a not good experience. The comments to equipment would be, nothing major or life shattering!!, a hub cap was missing from right passenger side, could not get cruise control to work, but for this 65+ senior it certainly could have been operator error!! The Ford van was extremely comfortable to drive and ride in for 10 hours in a day and gas mileage was better than expected.. THANK YOU to David and Kenan from the senior who asked too many questions and starred at the screen to long!! jb

The problem was the movers U-Haul recommended in SeaTac hired through them as a third party, Aloha Movers from Auburn, WA, stole our belongings from appliances to jewelry. I trusted U-Haul so I trusted the moving company only to be ripped off. Disappointed ☹️ with all the money I spent to move and all of the missing items

The truck was ok, was told to return the truck with a quarter tank and clean. I did. But they charged me $17 bucks for gas? Then when they hooked up my car to trailer, he placed the straps on tires and cinched down, after leaving i stopped to get gas and then 2 hours later for restroom. It's was still ok. But at some point of my last 3 hours of driving the passenger side strap failed and during that time the front faring on my SLK-Class was cracked and damaged. I am not happy.

the gas tank was completely empty. so I had to immediately get gas then ask for it to be credited

The customer service and equipment was fine. The box truck I rented didn’t work with the trailer I had because the ball was welded onto the bumper which didn’t allow enough space for trailer hitch to attach. I returned the truck and got a different one which allowed a different style hitch to attach. U-Haul charged me $50 for the first truck and did not apply it to the rental of the more expensive larger truck I had to rent. Will not bring my business back.

The truck cabin smelled of cigarette smoke. I quit smoking 14 yrs ago and the smell make me very sick to stomach and gives me massive headache. Truck was also very dirty inside caving with cigarette ashes everywhere. Truck was also out of gas and barely made to gas station. When I got home after taking headache medicine I sprayed cabin with half bottle of febreze to kill the smell and let sit for 8 hours.

Given the quickly worsening winter driving conditions Sunday night, I was not able to return the truck closer than across the street. I parked the truck securely and walked to the UHaul location and returned the keys in a dropbox. The truck was safe, and didn’t expose myself, the truck, or other drivers to dangerous conditions. I returned the truck two days before it was due. I put over one quarter of a tank of gas more than the contract required. For being a good steward of your equipment I was penalized with an extra charge. Whenever I can I use other methods and companies to rent trucks. U-Haul’s policies are ALWAYS punitive. That is always my takeaway after renting from U-Haul.

Employee helping me today was great!

There was only one employee. I had to leave my car a block away in a sketchy parking garage and when I came back I had to have my hazard lights on in the street for 20 minutes because the parking lot was full. I had to help guide your employee to park trucks and trailers then had to wait for over an hour.

The server used by the app is terrible and the app is unreliable. Self-check-in stalled twice. It’s good that it wasn’t after hours and the staff confirmed it is actually succeeded. If it had been late at night a long I’d have frustrated and furious. Please put better QA into the app.

There wasn’t any onsite parking for leaving your vehicle. The rental truck required maintenance that wasn’t checked prior to renting to a customer. The vehicle cut off twice while I was driving it.

Very Tight space to drive a 40' motorhome with a auto trailer through there but the staff and us made it happen.

Great service at this location. The truck was almost new and super clean. One strange thing though and it made driving at night very hard to do.. The headlights seemed to be aimed WAY too low. It was really hard to see at night as the lights shined about 10 feet in front of the truck and then... darkness.

Had to visit 3 U-Hall locations to rent a one way car dolly/trailer. The cost was over $200 which I thought was expensive for a less than one day rental. However, I was in need and didn't have time to shop for a better price. The manager we ended up renting from at our 3rd stop was friendly, professional and helpful

The attendant was very helpful, but he is overworked. There needs to be more help. The driver's door lost its pin the first time I opened the door. I had to have a friend replace it so I could use the vehicle. Again I have no issue with the attendant.

There is no customer parking provided anywhere near this UHaul store. It is packed with unrented trucks and trailers and they can't even make room for a few customer spots? I had to park at the lightrail station 3 blocks away, and it was packed with cars, parking was not easy. Way to make your paying rental customers feel like you could care less about us!

Extremely poor customer service and the person at the front desk wanted to charge me a $100 cleaning fee for ashes on the floor.1 I do not smoke 2 when I got the truck it was smelling like a 1000 packs of cigarette. I didn’t care about that I just wanted to get my stuff moved and return the truck and secondly I didn’t know that I was suppose to report that the truck smelled like cigarette

The worker lied about the gas, how much the gas was at. I returned the vehicle with just above I had received the vehicle. And they charged me for gas when I had returned it more than what I had received the vehicle at. I spoke with the manager and she was VERY RUDE about the whole situation and saying she had called and left a voicemail when she didn't. Manager lied about a lot of things and said they won’t reimburse me because I don’t have picture proof. But yet they don’t have picture proof that the vehicle was at the gas they said it was at. Continued to say I’m lying. Let it be known I only drove 25 miles. Which is equivalent to 1.5 gallons of gas. I put in 2.5 gallons of gas and I have proof of putting in gas due to a receipt

This location is busy and only the manager was available. She even admitted she needed to hire more people to every customer in the store at that moment. Then, the manager was going to charge us the first months rent in which I told her we would be getting one month free because that's what it reservation was supposed to include. Customer service even told my husband that this location has a unit available and the first month would be free. She then tells me, "I don't participate in that. Because I'm so small here, I don't participate in that." I went back to the car to tell my husband who was watching our 5 month old who was sleeping. He goes in to talk to her and began to tell her that we were told we would get one month free of storage and that her sign in the front even says one month free rent. The manager says that she has to put that on her sign which is FALSE ADVERTISING! Then the manager finally asked if we had a certificate. My husband grabs the certificate from the car and then the manager says we can get one month free. It is my fault I wasn't prepared with the certificate but also the manager could've asked me and I would've remembered and got it myself. Horrible experience.
