I dropped off the truck in the evening after it was closed. There were no instructions so I just left it in the lot by other trucks. I walked around the building and there was a gentleman in the office but it was locked. I was able to drop the key in the door slot and got an email with the receipt the next morning. Very easy to work with. Thank you.

Upon arrival after I made reservation csr was no where to be found after walking around finally spotted him watering the ground. Rented the truck that was fine. Was able to extend my contract over the phone after about 5 calls to customer service and transferred all over the phone tree. Upon return of the truck once again I went in search of a csr and same csr was working as before and finally found him.

I made my reservation 2 months ago for the Renton Highlands location. On the pickup day, I received a voicemail stating that because I hadn't picked up my trailer by noon, my reservation was cancelled. Nowhere on my emailed confirmations did it show a noon deadline! I was planning on pickup at 4 pm. U-Haul then made me drive all the way to Seatac to pickup the trailer, and did not honor the price of my original reservation. Really felt scammed.

I made a reservation for a truck and trailer online 30 days prior for pick up in Kent, Wa. Two days prior I got a call saying that they had the truck but no trailer. I called the reservation higher ups and all was resolved as they found a replacement truck and trailer in SeaTac. I arrived at SeaTac and they had a trailer but no truck the manager had to take a taxi to the Auburn location to get a truck for me, so another two hours wasted.

I would not recommend this location to my relatives or friends, because the guy works there very disrespected and not honest to a customer like me. I did not like the service there because this guy ripped me off for the mileage. I used the truck about less than 10 miles and he charged me 29 miles. After I was explain to him how far I drove from my house to pick up stuff from a friend house than he took $5 dollars off. I did not want to stay there all days to arguing about this, so I have to pay for it. I wanted to let all of you know about this place. They are very bad customer service, no eye contact, not friendly and very rood.

The lady that checked me in was very personable and polite, balancing 4 customers at once and setting realistic expectations as they walked through the door. The gentleman that was closing sunday night was less so. I arrived at about 4:50 and told him I needed to get fuel (right on the other side of the fence) and would return shortly. He looked at the time and said he closes in 10 min. When I returned the front door was already locked and he was at the counter, motioned to me to drop the keys in the night drop as is your procedure for late drops, understandable. I wish he would have went the extra mile and stayed 3 min late to answer some questions I had regarding my rental. I am in a customer service industry and nothing bothers me more then seeing someone not give 100% for the customer, I do it 12 hours a day. I really hope someone reading this is able to relay to the lady that checked me in my appreciation for her professionalism.

My reservation was supposedly changed by the company president (which seems highly unlikely) moved back two hours - so when I showed up for my appointment they had given my truck away to someone who made a reservation that morning. I was then told I was out of luck. Then more than four hours later I get a call to come get my truck as it was now there. I pick it up, and paid for a dolly and furniture pads - these were NOT in the truck when I got to my house. All in all the kid who helped me seemed uninterested and frankly stupid. The man who checked me out on the second day was apologetic but I still paid over $100 for a truck that I had to drive over 100 miles to eventually bring home with me and no dolly to help with the move. Super unhappy with my experience.

There was initially only 1 staff present therefore a lengthy delay. The truck was not clean...the windshield had thousands of bug splats. They tried to charge double what I signed up for online.
