I didn't get the equipment that I booked. I was promised $50 customer guarantee. Not applied so far. I waived the insurance but I was still charged $14. Final bill is still not adjusted.



No improvements need. I would like to say that John, Linda, JW and Ryan were great!!

Picking up my equipment went smoothly and the Uhaul employee was very helpful. He was spread very thin, however, as he had a line of people waiting for him while assisting me with my check-out. I'm not sure if he was the only one working at the time, and he did well if so, but maybe hire him some help... or give him a raise!

I want to start off by saying that the people who helped me at both locations where i picked up my equipment were great and the person who beloved me out in Baldwin Park was the best. it's just that the person who fulfilled my online reservation just butchered everything. So I was suppose to pick up my trailer from this location which was around the corner from my house but for some reason you guys had me drive 45 minutes away to get the trailer. Once I got to the facility where the trailer was the location did not have my boxes or the dolly that I had reserved. I had to drive all the way back to the original location to get them. Once I returned to pick up the boxes and dolly I noticed that you guys did have the trailer that i had reserved at this location. I wasted almost two hours of my time going way out of my way and wasted gas for nothing.

It was a very nice experience just so expensive, the 0.99 cents a miles kills you and they said I couldn't return the pickup truck to another location that would have saved me 30 miles.

The SeaTac location was great. The Renton (Rainer) location was terrible. They didn't tell us that we needed to make a resevervation for a truck while we are in there buying boxes and other moving essentials the a day before. They even quoted us the move, only to be disappointed when their was no more trucks available. Good thing we had the SeaTac location save the day.

1. Users should know pickup location is at U-Haul discretion--I personally traveled 25 miles to pickup my truck. 2. Users should know pickup time is at U-Haul discretion--I was told 7am but the day before pickup was told 10am. I like most people had friends lined up for helping and a 3 hour delay is a lot.

The place we picked our Uhaul up from was fantastic, the guy was super understanding and helpful. Our overall experience with Uhaul however was horrible however. Truck battery died twice and we were yelled at by someone at another branch because she thought we were supposed to return our rental at her location.

I appeared in person two days before desired rental date to reserve; I had used this location before. I was told to arrive at 9:30 though they were to open at 9:00 AM. On rental Sunday I found a very long line at 9:22 AM and ONLY ONE agent though he was.very good. Preregistration did not help as the long line prevented quick service. Also, I had asked to rent a furniture dolly, only discover none was put in the truck ( nor was it charged). Starting the move later than anticipated and no dolly caused problems during the move.

The manager complained and walked out said he was done. The manager drove truck arohnd and left keys in truck while running while i was standing there he walked straight pass me did not go over truck or inslect with me. He was clmplaining the whole time about his job and it reflected in his perfomance if i did nkt need that truck at the moment i probably would have went somewhere else. Very rude

1- when we pulled in to pick up our reservation we were told they had no customer parking and we needed to drive a block away to light-rail station to park and walk back. Store was empty. 2- we rented for the 4 hours. Because we had to extend by 1 hour they charged us a full days rental again. So just rent the thing for a full 24 hours to prevent being double charged.
