The online app was very difficult to use and would not let me process. I had to call and they had to reset it. I did Not get my dolly. I had to call again. They refunded me but nope I had to lift everything myself. The fuel was less than half. This is Ridiculous! There were Several things broken on the truck: - the mirrors wouldn't move to adjust - the arm rest was missing on the driver seat - the latch was broken on the back storage door - the driver front tire was worn I have pictures of all of these. This was a Terrible experience with Uhual and I would like to be reimbursed partial payment please.

John GVery well run. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The location is well organized and clean inside and out. We are U-Haul fans, and this is the best run U-Haul I have been to. Highly recommend. Note: like virtually every U-Hail, they don’t offer parking for your personal vehicle, so plan ahead. Google Maps street view is very helpful.

DAWN JDuring peak times on a Saturday there was only one person staffing the desk at check-out and check-in, which led to very long lines. Also, the computer system was incredibly slow. Lastly, I was told parking on site was not available so I had to move my car to a public transit lot and walk a quarter mile. All of this was unacceptable. I will not use this location again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.
Kevin PUnfortunately the truck we got had issues as we got traveling down the highway to California. Check engine light, abs light, traction control, hill assist, no cruise control..... it made for a very long uncomfortable drive home.
Kevin DCheck in online. Takes forever in person. The system seems to be down all the time. The app takes forever at times also. When you can check in with the app it is much quicker.

RICHARD LI ordered a smaller truck. Was told that they could not accommodate my size truck needed and have me one of the worst box trucks I have ever used. Way to big for what I needed 5mpg spent double on gas and was given a limited amount of miles to drive compared to the distance needed to go. Which is a hustle when charging $1 per mile. Overall, extremely frustrating paid way more money than I was expecting. Not convenient at all.

BELISE JI was bounced between three different locations. Each time when I was within 5 minutes of the location. It hen it would be 20 minutes to the next location. Very inconvenient and extremely frustrating! Also, received no call from u-haul the day prior. Customer services is lacking!!

Corey cHey all the pictures I have did not get submitted but I gave them of all 4 sides inside and out of the cabin and the back box moving portioon. No damage occured at all and the truck is clean 1/2 tank of gas so you can rent it out! Have a good one!

MARQUIS BI had indicated on my order form that I would be returning the U-Haul to the Puyallup U-Haul location at 930pm on Friday 12/5/2025, and I did just that, I returned the U-Haul at 930pm on Friday 12/5/2025 at the U-Haul on Main st in Puyallup, but then I saw that they are trying to say I returned it on Saturday 12/6/2025 at 2:15pm which is a lie and they are trying to charge me 200$. I am not paying that.
Zoanne MExcessive fuel charges and after hours charge is dumb, I just dropped the keys, no effort on the location was needed.

DENNIS HI am throughly disappointed with UHaul. I put in my address and put in my new address and it gave me a recommend number of miles. They charged me for going over 57 miles. I didn’t go anywhere except the standard route of getting between Las Vegas and Seattle. After picking up the truck, I drove to my house, packed and drove to my new apartment making stops for food and gas like a normal person and dropped it off early to be fined for using extra miles. This is a rip off.

Mark A | Overall ExperienceThis location is busy and only the manager was available. She even admitted she needed to hire more people to every customer in the store at that moment. Then, the manager was going to charge us the first months rent in which I told her we would be getting one month free because that's what it reservation was supposed to include. Customer service even told my husband that this location has a unit available and the first month would be free. She then tells me, "I don't participate in that. Because I'm so small here, I don't participate in that." I went back to the car to tell my husband who was watching our 5 month old who was sleeping. He goes in to talk to her and began to tell her that we were told we would get one month free of storage and that her sign in the front even says one month free rent. The manager says that she has to put that on her sign which is FALSE ADVERTISING! Then the manager finally asked if we had a certificate. My husband grabs the certificate from the car and then the manager says we can get one month free. It is my fault I wasn't prepared with the certificate but also the manager could've asked me and I would've remembered and got it myself. Horrible experience.
